To achieve the best fit, we recommend trying all three sizes of the StayHear + Sport eartips in the box. Medium is installed by default, and there is also a small and large pair in the package.

The case broke. I think I’ll try a different brand to see if I can get the same quality and sound in the earbuds

Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I have been using the Soundsport Wireless since they were released and I love them, but I've really been looking into the true wireless options and decided I'd go for the Soundsport Free. I own about 6 different pairs of Bose headphones, and I do love them all, for different reasons. These have amazing sound quality, and they are light as a feather, so it feels like you're not even wearing headphones. It's very nice. That being said, I'm very used to some of the features of my Soundsport Wireless, such as taking calls in both ears, and the ability to pair them with both my MacBook and my iPhone and switch back and forth for music, videos and meetings. I tried to use the Soundsport Free in a meeting the other day, only to have the sound come from one ear, so I had to switch headphones. Aside from that, everything else is very similar, and what I've come to expect and love about Bose headphones. The charging case is a NICE bonus, and they seem to last forever on a single USB charge. If you're in the market for true wireless earbuds, these offer the best in sound quality, are completely secure during all workouts, hikes, etc.. and if you've got a workout partner, you can share by giving them the left earbud if they don't have headphones. Just know that these excel as workout headphones, but aren't as versatile as the other bluetooth models, due to the way the signal is paired between the 2.

I'm sorry to hear that you did not have a good experience with our headphones and would be happy to advise. The battery life of the SS Free headphones are 5 hours of wireless audio, with the charging case holding enough charge to charge both earbuds back to full twice before needing charging itself. I would recommend you pop the buds back in the case when not playing. If you are experiencing significantly less battery life than this, please reach out to Bose Support in your country/region for service.

The sound quality clear and powerful. It’s the perfect combination of sound and size. I love that each earbud is individual and can be used on its own. It’s a perfect size for the gym, running, travel, hikes, the office etc... The battery life is also incredible. I go to the gym 5 times a week for an hour and the headphones last for a couple of weeks on one charge. The set up on this divice is simple and quick. Overall, I would recommend this product to anyone who is looking for wireless headphones.
