They weren’t Terrible just difficult to put in and hurt my ears a lot

I got the SoundSport about a week ago, the case has an amazing texture to it. The case can hold a long charge, and it’s nice that when you put the earbud in the case it keeps it charged. I think that the earbuds have amazing sound quality if the song has a lot of bass in it the Bose give a really good crisp bass. I think they stick out a little too far, but for how much is packed into it I think it’s fine. Though sometimes the signal can get a little out of wack even though my phone it either in my pocket or on a table, But again it has so much packed into it that I’m fine with it.

Charger case stopped working after 2 weeks. Total waste of $250

Review in short- not worth it! If you want good Bose quality and listening comfort, this product is not it. I have used them for two days so far and am already facing many issues with it. There are definitely certain pros and cons. These earphones come with a case, extra earbuds of different sizes and a usb cable. Pros- 1) The sound quality and precision lives up to the expectation. I also have Bose quiet wireless headphones and these earphones provide almost similar quality when it comes to the sound. There is no distortion at higher volumes. 2) The battery life is decent ( most of the other products have much lower battery life) Cons- 1) The left earphone loses its connection a lot and then immediately reconnects. While listening to music, it gets really annoying. 2) I couldn't use it for a long time. My ears started to hurt just after having them for 1 hour. 3) While I didn't have this issue, certain other users have faced sound lags while watching videos on youtube. 4) There is no noise cancellation while products from other companies at similar cost range have those. For someone who is trying to get wireless earphones like me for mainly gym purposes without focusing too much on sound precision and high instrument quality, I would suggest getting Sony SP700N. They are very comfortable, are cheaper, have noise cancellation and I didn't have any issue with them so far about earphones getting automatically disconnected. For someone who wants to get the high sound quality bose, I would suggest getting Quiet Wireless headphones instead. I have been using them over a year now and haven't faced a single issue. Their noise cancellation is amazing, have a sound quality Bose is known for and have an amazing battery life.

So, I've read many reviews on this product and I must confess, I'm a Wireless headphone nerd. I own a Bluetooth 5.0 set, and many wired, traded up to the Soundsport Free from the Soundsport. In both the regular wired together Soudsport and the Free model, they both had the same sound quality. I usually have a wide variety of songs on my playlists, usually streaming from Apple Music (which has streaming problems of their own but that's another review!) or Amazon Music. In most earbuds, you can't hear the low end bass lines, they are too "tinny" or "Treble" or you can't hear them at all. These earbuds can capture almost a true to life quality from a streaming broadcast. I know some people had issues with the call only going to one ear, at first to me it was annoying but without your earbuds in, you take your calls in one ear, so really that's a non issue for me. For me, the earbuds that don't allow any movement, that are solid pieces hurt my ears after about an hour. These have adjustable inserts that are a flexible rubber-type material. I have worn these for hours at a time, and my ears did not hurt at all. You can download the Bose Connect app and they automagically connect when you take them out of the case. I have had these for maybe a year, and wanted to give them a good workout before I made a review because sometimes things like this take time to understand. I hope this helps anyone who is reading the reviews after someone who got these one day ago and just didn't figure them out. It takes time to understand and appreciate the mastery in these Wireless Earbuds.. Thank you Bose for creating such an amazing product!

I love Bose sound and overall quality build. I've never had more than minor issues with function and quality. My previous daily use of earbuds was the Bose Soundsport Wireless (not the free). I didn't like the charging system and the cord caused issues on occasion. Knowing the sound quality and fit worked for me (it's different for everyone depending on their ears) I chose to purchase the Bose Soundsport FREE wireless earbuds. The size is a minor issue and to some, I might look goofy wearing them, I can let that slide. What irritates me the most is the lag when I watched YouTube videos on the YouTube app. It's a minor 1-second delay, but enough to cause the video to be unwatchable. I returned them and purchased the Jabra Elites, but they had the same lag issue and those did not stay in my ear. Ultimately, because of the amazing sound quality and fit, these earbuds are best for me and my needs, so I returned the Jabras and purchased the Bose again. My hope is that Bose/YouTube figure out a solution to the audio sync issue. For the money and the popularity of YouTube, you would think the two companies could come up with a solution. I would otherwise give these 5 stars. My only other option was going to be the new Apple Airpods, but I want something that will stay in my ear and offer amazing sound. The idea of losing them on the subway or listening to a great song with subpar sound is not ideal. Keep up the good work Bose when it comes to sound quality and fit. You have fans and they will stay, but the audio sync issue has to be fixed.

Great sound but they are large and stick out of of your ears.

I love them! PROS FIT - They fit GREAT! Normally headphones don't stay in my ears well and these have perfectly! SOUND QUALITY - Awesome sound! Also, does well cancelling surrounding noise. BATTERY - I've used them for days without charging. The carrier charges the headphones which is a really nice feature CONS BLUETOOTH - sometimes the left headphone will disconnect APPEARANCE - not bad but does stick out of the ear a little much

I'm taking it back today its not worth the money xxxx.
