I got the earphone today and like the sound. I thought I could finally replace my qc 30. Not so fast. I got 1 - 2 seconds audio lag whenever I watch video on 3 platform, iphone, MacBook Pro, Windows 10 laptop. Later on I check the posts on Bose Community, I found that everyone has the similar issue and Bose insists it's by design and suggested every who want to watch video should buy Soundsport wireless but not Soundsport free. This is deal breaker for me because I want to watch view (like youtube, etc), not just listen to the music in the gym. I'm returning it in the morning.

These headphones were incredible for the short time I had them. I am in a search for "the perfect headphone" right now, so these were my third attempt. When I first saw them, I immediately knew I trusted the name Bose, so I figured they would be absolutely wonderful -- and that they were. The bass was extremely tight and the mids were very clear... the highs left a little to be desired but were still great. Overall, the headphones worked incredibly. They never lost connection and sounded great. However, I did not keep them because they were way too bulky and caused my ears to hurt from the weight of the headphones. The case was pretty compact and very durable. The headphones themselves felt very well built, but the bulkiness was too much of a deal breaker for me.

I have been running for over 13 years and I'm always looking for the best earbuds for my runs and these Bose earbuds are the best wireless headphones I've owned so far. There is usually a problem with connectivity when using wireless but no with these. Also, the sound quality is AMAZING!!!! It's put the running experience at a whole new level. I would definitely recommend these to a friend or as a gift for anyone who workouts or just for fun.

Initial Review: Sound Quality - So far, I absolutely LOVE LOVE LOVE the sound quality. I'm not an audiophile, so that's all I have to say about that. lol. Fit and Comfort - The ear pieces come in 3 sizes, so overall the fit is fantastic. I have small ears, and the small earbuds fit well. The comfort over a long period of time is ... as good as any other in ear models. My ears get a bit tired of them after 3-4 hours, but that would happen with any earbuds. Bluetooth Pairing - They pair fine with my iphone - fast and easy - however ... The reason I gave these 4 stars instead of 5 stars is that they don't want to pair with my Samsung LED 2160 p Smart 4k UHD TV, Model # UN50MU6300FXZA. The TV pairs well with my other bluetooth speakers, so I'm not sure what the problem is. I'm going to work on that issue this weekend as I primary got these to pair with that TV which is in my exercise room. I want to run on the treadmill while watching that TV without the entire house and neighborhood being bothered by the TV noise. Update: I cannot get them to pair with my Samsung TV. The TV pairs easily with all of my other bluetooth devices. I got it to finally pair with my Sony TV, but the sound lag was horrible! It never did pair with my Samsung TV, and I could put the buds right next to the TV and it still wouldn't pair. I got these SOLELY to be paired with my Samsung TV in my exercise room. I bought a cheap pair of bluetooth earbudsthat paired with my TV easily and quickly, but don't sound great. I'm so disgusted with the pairing and connection issues of these Bose earbuds. Update 5/25/18: They finally paired and connected to my Samsung TV! Why I took away one star: There is a lag in the sound when connected to the TV; they don't sync correctly. The lips moving don't match up with the sound I receive. Update 6/5/18: I updated too soon before. They did pair and connect a total of 2 times, but then suddenly unpaired and would not pair with my TV again. I am completely frustrated. I have tried everything.

I have the Bose SoundSport Wireless and was looking to go completely wire free. My old ones perform fairly well with the exception of slippage out of the ears or yanking from one side (yes, I’m using the right tips). After setting up the SoundSport Free, I started having issues within minutes; can only connect to one device at the time (the wireless connect to both my Apple Watch and iPhone simultaneously), ok, maybe not such a great deal. The biggest issue is what other reviewers have pointed out, the left bud keeps dropping the connection. Once or twice in a workout would have been no big deal, but when it does it ever other minute or so, it turns into a huge problem. I expected so much more from Bose, maybe the next version will be better. For the time being, I’m returning these.

Im a big fan of Bose and I have to say that this is absolutely worth ur money. For the price, its true that its a little all the way to the top however the sound quality is really great.

I bought these headphones a little over a week ago, and I absolutely love them! They stay in my ears during workouts and they never feel like they are going to fall out. The best part is the sound quality though. Once they are in, you can't hear anything going on around you, which I like because it helps me focus on my work out and to sort of "get in the zone". These are great, and I definitely recommend purchasing them!

The sound is amazing on these earbuds. I put them through various work outs, HITT, Weights and wore them(without music playing) during a 1 1/2 hour Heated yoga Flow(104 degree). They stayed in place and were very comfortable. Straight out of the package they are very easy to use. The connection to the IPhone was seamless. I would highly recommend these to anyone who is looking for wireless ear buds.

I love these headphones, they are very comfortable. The sound was great and i could hear very clearly. I am a fan of the fact that my phone could be used to track them if misplaced as well. These are some versatile earphones and can be for workouts and for just easy listening. Wearers can be of any age as my daughters who are between 7-16 loved them as well.

As normal with bose, the audio quality is fantastic. Bass is great, highs and mids are fatastic as usual from Bose. BUT the audio to video delay as well as typing to hearing the clicking is quite substantial. I am an audiofile, but owning better performing headphones like the Jaybird Run is what i will likely do.

These earbuds are amazing. The sound quality is phenomenal and they sit nicely in your ears. I run everyday and never had any issues with them falling out of my ears, unlike other earbuds. The charging case makeshift it easy to throw these in your purse and take them everywhere. I use them at work everyday and it helps the day go by faster. I can’t say enough good things about this product!

I'm not an expert by a long shot. I will say that I wasted a lot of money before getting to the right pair of wireless earbuds. I absolutely love these! The sound is amazing during calls and while listening to music. I finally found a great pair of wireless earbuds that lives up to the hype! The only CON I have is the price. But it is BOSE so you know what to expect.

These are a premium set of true wireless headphones. That being said, they come well packaged, and have a quality feel to both the earphones and also the charging case. The sound quality on these is top notch, with enough bass to leave any song sounding complete, while still maintaining those full mids and crystal clear highs. The app has lots of great features, such as gps location for your headphones, as well as a battery life indicator. However, the app has a tendency to freeze up, even on a high end phone. Despite being premium headphones, these still have the same problems that most true wireless headphones have. That is limited range, about 20 feet, short battery life about 3.5hrs on a charge for these, and they still out of the ear a bit farther than others I have tried. Overall, these are a great sounding pair of headphones, with some great features, but still have the same problems that plague most true wireless headphones. Oh, and then there is the price tag, these are sort of overpriced in my opinion.

My first impression when opening the case was “wow theses are huge” I definitely wasn’t expecting them to be so big. Overall look, they look ok. I do like the case that it’s in, nice and compact. Just like all the wireless earbuds coming out the carrying case is also the charger. Easy to connect via Bluetooth once you remove the right earbud from the case it will automatically show up in your Bluetooth settings. Sound quality not so great, I had to turn them almost completely up before hearing my music at a good base. I do like that you don’t have to have both earbuds in to listen to your music. The volume button on the right earbud could have been better I found my self fumbling with it. Comfort wise not too bad for big earbuds, I did jump around as if I was working out to see if they would fall out, they didn’t but I did start to get annoyed with them in my ears. All in all, I would prefer these to be smaller, sound quality amplified on a lower setting, the volume buttons a lot more easily accessible to tell the difference.

1. Sound quality: This is amazing! The sound quality is on par, if not better, than my powerbeats, jaybird x3, and most of my anker and photive over the ear headphones! The only thing is that the base is a little bit weak, but given that its a pair of earbuds, the base will never be comparable to those over the ear headphones. 2. Battery charging: maybe i got a funky unit, but even though that bose claims that the case charges the earbuds, everytime i leave my earbuds in a fully charged case, it will never be fully charged. At most it would be charged at 75%, which is quite annoying. (But even at 75%, it can last quite a long while) Not sure what the issue is.... 3. Pairing was amazing easy! Just download the bose connect app and it would automagically connect you. 4. Love the truly wireless design and except for the battery issue, i would highly recommend this! (also, with it being truly wireless, its quite easy to lose them, so remember to always put them back in the case)

I have been using these a couple weeks now when I run and am really surprised with the sound quality and the fact that they truly stay in my ears. I also use them to watch a movie on my pad when the kids want to watch their cartoons, I can hear the movie clear as a bell yet still hear the kids if they need me for something.

I purchased these the bose true wireless due to the brand having such an amazing reputation well these definitely live up to sound quality hype but I use the my headphones to make calls which these definitely dont accomadate my needs in that matter when receiving a call the person calling me claims they can. Hear themselves and also the left ear headphone cancels out and shuts off wearing these at the gym they weren't to great on noise canceling which to me I dislike since I dont like hearing people around me screaming while struggling to lift weights another down fall was when i entered either the sauna or the steam room these headphones immediately shut off which had me acting like they were still on and I listing to music while them being shut off. These headphones were great sound and do not fall off even thow being over sized I had to be forced to return dl to not being able to use them to make calls

I have had these headphones for about 2 weeks now. The setup process initially to connect to my phone and download all updates took about 2 hours and the process stopped and i had to restart it several times. Once I was finally able to use them, the sound quality of listening to music while sitting at my desk was great. While jogging the sound sometimes seemed to "skip", and I never could figure out why. The sound quality during telephone calls left much to be desired. I seemed to get a lot more static through the SoundSport Free than I did through other wired headphones. Also, these headphones stick out from your head quite a ways. I prefer a low-profile look to the large "knob" sticking out of my ears. Overall, the sound quality when just listening to music while sitting still was very good. Beyond this, it could be improved.

I’m really enjoying Bose’s SoundSport free wireless headphones. The charging case was a bit difficult to open at first, because it doesn’t exactly open when you press the button. The case is small enough for me for carry in my purse and pouch ,which is great because I like to run track everyday. The earbuds is stylish and made with high quality. I didn’t have any problems with fitting the earbuds in the ear and they felt comfortable on me. I have used these earbuds while running, doing errands and driving in my car. I didn’t experience any technical difficulties, staying connected to the earbuds through my phone. The sound of the earbuds were perfect and loud enough for me to listen while driving my car. I would recommend this product to active individuals who want a high quality earbuds that will last a long time.
