Wow these headphones are awesome I received them about two weeks ago and they have great sound quality also very comfortable and not to mention they look great as well would highly recommend to anyone looking for a great pair of headphones!

This pair of earphones can stay firmly while I am running without creating significant discomfort. I like classical music and the sound quality is satisfactory as well.

I was extremely excited to receive these headphones. I pre-ordered them about a month out and constantly checked on the status. I a loyal to Bose. Everything I own that has to do with sound is Bose (Home theater, QC35 headphones, Wireless speakers, even my car has a 12 speaker Bose system). I've been loyal to the brand for a long time. This product again delivers excellent sound quality. As I expected from Bose. I wanted to like them, I really did. However, when placed into ear canal, they stick out quite far and look sort of goofy in my opinion. If you're okay with that, then I'd say buy them. I was worried about grazing them on something and then they fall out. Hopefully Bose continues to improve on this product and they create a more sleek version of this eventually.

Like the sound, but they cut of when i'm in the sauna or steam room

The quality of sound is phenomenal...when they work. This is my first set of high quality headphones that I have bought. I bought them a week ago for the purpose of workout music, running outdoors and watching videos. Very simple to connect and worked well when I was using them in the gym. The problem started when I was using them to go running. I use an arm band for my phone. About 5 minutes into run I lost connectivity in my left ear. I thought maybe it would reconnect, but it didn't. I had to stop my run and reconnect. For the next 20 minutes they kept connecting in and out. After the third time of reconnecting, I then started getting static in the left ear. This has happened every time I have gone running (3 times last week). This morning in the gym the connection broke twice in less than an hour. The other issue is the lag on video. The few moments of lag make it very uncomfortable to watch videos. I have given up. Unfortunately, I am going to return these and keep using my cheap wireless headphones with poor sound quality, but not the same connection issues. It took me the past three months to decide to buy these and now I regret it.

Great pair of headphones. These headphones are very comfortable for all day wear and sound amazing. I like that I can just use one earbud and still hear what's going on around me. Battery life is quite amazing, I use these at the gym 3-4 times a week and only need to charge them once a week. Now for the bad, there are some connectivity issues where I couldn't get my left earbud to connect to any devices. I tried all the troubleshooting efforts and ended up needed to send them back.

Overall pretty good. The sound quality is great. Only thing is that connectivity on one of the headphones does go out intermittently. Kind of annoying

These ear buds are absolutely wonderful. They were extremely easy to set up and get working with my iPhone. Sound quality was amazing. It was crystal clear from the get go. The one complaint I have about these is when making a phone call. I didn't like the fact that it only had sound in one ear. It was very weird at first. It did take some time to get used to. Charging was never a problem. I liked the case that they came in as well. It was easy to use and I never lost it in my purse. The design is sleek and modern. The only other complaint that I had was when I would wear them for a long period of time my ears would hurt, even after changing to a different sized ear bud.

My husband bought me the Bose® - SoundSport® Free wireless headphones as a gift. They have great sound and stay in secure when running/working out. The frustrating part is when I am running out side and if its hot they turn off and wont come back on. Which is very frustrating as you would think for $200 you would be able to use them out doors. I would recommend these to a friend if they are not going to use them for outdoors

Like anything Bose, these wireless headphones have great sound! I would love to rate these five stars, but the design of the holding ear pieces could have been designed to hold the headphones better to to ears. I have the problem of having to adjusting the headphones to my ears a bit and at times catching one when it falls out of my ear. I actually bought these for my brother as a gift as well. Great sound: five stars, design: two stars, overall: four stars.

These wireless headphones are pretty great. They get the job done, come in a convenient charging case, and allow you to hear the noise around you without having to take them out, which I believe may be the greatest feature. Not many headphones allow for ambient awareness, which is especially useful when you are walking or riding out in the street. They do seem to potrude out a bit too much from the ear, which might make them a bit awkward, but they sound great.

These fit great and are comfortable. Sound quality is very good. Set-up out of the box was simple and easy. Works well with my low impact exercise and conference calls. Great product!

Ive tried and when i say ive tried every wireless earbuds out there and it came down to this i tried aipods i tried the new jabras i know airpods are small but the color white is the big upset for me and also no sweat or water resistance its a big let down for $160 dollars and the new jabras they kept falling out my ear yes i know these bose earbuds are huge n bulky but they get the job done the battery is incredible but the only upset is the mono audio when taking a phone call and the 1 second delay when playing a yputube video its sucks because for $200 its uneceptable but other than that the most comfortable ive used

These sound much better and have a lot more bass than the Airpods. They also stay in your ears better as well. But they stick pretty far out of your ears. The worse part of these is the audio is way off if you are watching a video on Youtube or Netflix. It simply does not sync to the video. There apparently is no fix for this. So if you are using strictly for audio buy these for sure but if you are watching videos on your Iphone get the Airpods instead. Plain and simple.

I bought these headphones on Black Friday. I really like the sound quality--it's excellent for listening to music. I also have not had issues with connectivity that many people have experienced. My complaint is with the lag/latency when trying to watch video. It's a delay of ~2 seconds between seeing someone's mouth move in video and the words emerging from the headset. I reached out to Bose to see if there was any possible fix, but their answer was superbly condescending. They more or less said "That's the way that true wireless works. Deal with it." I guess they're not aware that many of their competitors don't suffer from the same issue? They also claim that they should work with some apps and devices without delay. Unfortunately, I tried them both with my phone and my laptop, with Amazon Prime Video, Hulu, Netflix, and Twitch (on both devices) and each and every one of them had an unbearable delay. In any case, I'll be returning these headphones and trying some different ones (Jaybird Sport or Jabra Elite).

Bose definitely lives up to the reputation of amazing sound quality. I was extremely impressed by how clear the sound was. I work in construction at an airport and planes are constantly passing over head and with these in I could hardly hear them it was great. My only con was how big they are. Kept knocking them out or if I'd change my shirt would snag on them. Other than that I highly recommend this product.

I purchased these for office use and exercise. The sound quality of these are excellent! I was a little apprehensive since they did not have noise cancellation, however, when the music is on outside noise is not an issue. The ability of having a hard case that charges is an excellent feature as well. As far as the video lag goes, I did experience this right out of the box, however the app started the software update as soon as I hooked them up and now I have no issues with video lag. That would have been a deal breaker for me but bose fixed the issue!!

These things are awesome. I had a pair of Skullcandy Indys before this, and these things are by and away much better. They pair almost instantly, unlike the Skullcandy. The buttons are much more reliable than the Skullcandys touch input. They start in my ear very well, me matter what I'm doing. The only real cool is that the case is to bulky for my taste, but I can life with it

The sound quality on these is great but that does not make up for the very evident lag on videos or music. About 2 seconds at times. Both on iPhone and android phones. Talked to Bose and there’s no fix. Bummer
