I loved this product, also I had geek squad protection plan . When it broke down geek squad replaced my ear buds for free

This is probably my the best wireless earphones ever! I've tried a couple of wireless earphones but this is by far the best! I bought this for my sister... she loves it!

I bought these (Bose SoundSport Free) headphones because I had the SoundSport Wireless and they were great! Eventually, the volume would automatically go all the way down and they started making a beeping noise. I would turn the volume back up and again, It would go down and start beeping. So last week I bought the SoundSport Free... thinking they would be as good as the SoundSport Wireless... NOT!!! My Issues: 1. The sound for the phone only plays in one ear... Not a bad idea but if I'm paying $200 + tax... give me a choice to have phone in one ear or both. 2. I can only connect to one device at a time. I have at least 5 Bluetooth devices... why do I have to disconnect from one device to connect to another? The Bose SoundSport Wireless would connect to multiple devices and I could choose the one I wanted to listen to without disconnecting from the current device first. 3. The sound quality is not as good on the SoundSport Free as it is on the SoundSport Wireless. I'm returning these and getting another pair of SoundSport Wireless. The SoundSport Free is not quite ready.

Sound was great, and I was so looking forward to completely wireless, however the different sized tips are all the same size, just the wing tips are different sized. I have a very small ear canal and these are unfortunately just much too big, even wearing the small. I will have to return and get something else.

The Bose headphones sounded great at first. Then one ear bud has a faint sound. I double check to see if it was clogged, it wasn't. I thought it was the charger. If you buy these, buy an extended warranty.

Just bought these yesterday and returned them in the same day. Im one with big ears so not all earbuds are comfortable. Sadly these Bose earbuds did not make the cut. They are so uncomfortable, i had them on for 20 minutes and my ears had enough. The sound is amazing though

I have had two sets of the soundsport free, Bose earbuds. Both of them drop the Bluetooth 10 to 15 times a day, when I am on calls. It fights with my Frontier, S3, Gear watch. And it will drop the Bluetooth and go to the watch or the phone while I'm in the middle of the call. I have downloaded all of the firmware updates that they give me on the Bose site. And it still does it. I have had Bose earbuds for years now, and never had this kind of a problem with Bose. Why they have this issue now with these buds is beyond me but for a man that works for living with his hands and needs an earpiece to talk during the day these are worthless.

The sound quality and technology is superb. Unfortunately even with trying different ear bud sizes for whatever reason the right side WILL NOT stay in my ear. After the first exercise on two different days I gave up and took them off. Right just kept flying off no matter what. Unfortunately BOSE doesn't make ear buds that fasten over your ear. I've tried wireless headphones with the bar that rests on your neck. Horrible for workouts and cardio. Sorry BOSE. Great technology that is essentially useless if you can't wear the headphones. Returning them tomorrow and going with a different brand and style. If BOSE puts out headphones that fasten separately over each ear I'll be all over them. Until then I'm going with a different company. Wouldn't recommend these to anyone unfortunately.

LONG TERM UPDATE: After two years, these buds don’t hold a charge. Continuous listening time has dropped to 35-45 minutes. Very disappointed with this as I have many other Bose products that have maintained excellent quality for many years.

I have been a long time fan of Bose wired headphones, and with that being said these were a huge let down. The connection is deplorable. Pure and simple. Every single time I connect them to my phone to start listening to music- one (particularly the left) or BOTH ear pieces will disconnect. Only to then play an irritating game of connect-disconnect-reconnect-disconnect. I have my phone right in my pocket when this happens, so it should most certainly still be in comfortable range for a product so expensive. I have tried to give them a chance for the last week, but now it's time to return them. Very disappointing.

Sound is excellent inside with no blue tooth issues, but go outside with them 10 feet from any building and blue tooth range is so poor with my phone on a belt clip it can not hold a connection. Thought maybe I had a bad pair so I swapped them with another new set from a Bose store with the same results. I returned them for the QC-35.

I never write reviews but this product is utter trash and I wanted to warn people. Day one charging doesn’t work, support is a joke as they only tell you to clean the contact points and after that contact local Bose support. If that’s not bad enough 9/10 times the left earbud doesn’t connect and you have to manually fiddle with it to work. Look up both these issues online and you’ll see it’s not just me. This is a garbage product that costs $200 Bose should be ashamed to sell it. I am returning it, and wouldn’t recommend my enemies to buy this.

I bought these headphones because I have other Bose products that are awesome. These are NOT, the sound quality is worse than the Bose Soundsport Pulse wireless headphones I purchased 5 years ago. I've tried everything on the Bose app, to help boost the bass, or tone down the tenor. Using my phone app for general music listening helped a little. (THE BOSE APP was useless.) I also listen to podcasts and the voices are not as clear as on my cheap wireless headphones or the old ones. Also, in the gym...were there is background noise, even at full volume these are not as loud as my cheap/older headphones. I paid a premium price and got a substandard product.

I was disappointed in these, and frankly don't understand the 5 star ratings. At first when I used these and paired it with the Iphone and Ipad they worked great. The sound was unbeatable for wireless earbuds. The fit in the ear was comfortable and comes with different sized extra "wings". It will not properly connect with a Windows 10 PC. Only the right ear works. This is not stated in instructions or on the Bose website. So far no fix in the near future from Bose. Here's where I noticed other issues. The left ear constantly did not connect or would drop. It became irritating and I only had the a week. Fortunately, I was able to return them. At this price point these should not be issues.

These are terrible. They constantly drop out, can't move in them at all. No running, no walking, no golfing, no windows 10, no yard work - an absolute and appalling waste money. I would have, and certainly did expect more from a company like Bose. Worst of all, now I'm stuck with a $200 paper weight. I have tried repeatedly to sync with my Windows 10 laptop, they do not work. I have tried to walk 18 holes of golf, only distraction is the constant connect/reconnect of the left earbud. I have tried to run, hard to find the zone when they constantly drop out and revert from stereo to mono and back. Not sure what Bose didn't get right here, but it is annoyingly obvious. Anybody want these?

I am in the midst of trying a bunch of different truly wireless earbuds. These are the most expensive I have tried yet, and they are by far the worst. The connectivity between the two ear buds is spotty at best. The noise leaks....sound is easily heard by people standing around me. The bluetooth has no idea how to deal with connecting and disconnecting between multiple devices. And frankly, the sound is provides zero enhanced quality. Not what Ive come to expect from Bose. Overall, I am very disappointed

Wanted to buy a new pair at the current $169.00 price but changed my mind after reading your one star reviews!

I had purchased this product just before covid 2020. I mostly use it during my gym work out. So as the gyms were shut i barely got to use these, maybe overall used it just for a year till now (Nov 2022). I have maintained these in pristine condition. No scratches or water issues whatsoever. However since past 3 months they have been acting very poor. 1) when on a call, the opposite person can hear very loud background noise. There is nothing that i can do about this because there is no way that i can control the mic volume from my end. 2) when i press the '+' sign on the earbud to increase volume, instead the assistant opens up 3) in 25 min of usage the battery is about to drain out. 4) when i double tap the centre button on the earbud, instead of skipping the song and going to the next one, there is no action that takes place. Prior to using these ones i had a similar issue with my wired bose earbuds and i had asked bose to replace them and they did it because of the genuine issue . Since i have intense workout sessions in the gym i decided to buy these new bose sound sport wireless and put in nearly $200 for the same. However, now since few months they have been giving me so much trouble so i asked the customer service to replace them, but all they say we can offer you 20% buyback discount for any new bose earphones you purchase. This is a pathetic offer. I am not stupid again spend to spend so much money and have this kind of quality and service. I expected much more from a brand like Bose. I have been a loyal fan but not any more. Would not recommend anybody to buy this.

They used to be great. I don’t know what the life expectancy is on these but originally I would get a few hours use after full charge but now barely get a hour before battery dies. Purchased Sept ‘19.

Solid sound but only being able to connect to one device at a time is out dated. With all the wearable technology they should be able to connect to a couple devices without having to disconnect it.
