    I use my earbuds for training, working outdoors, and playing golf. Summers in OKC are hot and windy. I worked out one time indoors and everything was fine. However, when I went outdoors everything went downhill fast. it was 94 degrees and windy. My left earbud stopped working. Then my right earbud. I looked at my phone and I had lost my bluetooth connection. My left earbud would not come back on at all until I got back home and it had cooled off. Here's the crazy part! You can't turn these things off and try and reconnect. You have to carry the bulky case they're stored and charged in to attempt reconnecting. I got tired of getting disconnected and stopped using them. I called Bose to see what temperature range these things could handle and they didn't have any specs on that. I returned them and now trying the Jaybird Run. So far they've handled the wind and heat. And, I can turn them off without the case.

    Bought this item as a replacement for all my wired headphones. Turns out, these are NOT compatible with any computer running Windows. They do not work with any Windows computer as the sound will only come out of one earbud. When I contacted Bose I was told this product was not designed to be used with computers, only mobile devices. Bluetooth is Bluetooth as far as I'm concerned. If your item is Bluetooth compatible, it should work with any electronics with Bluetooth capability (including laptops and computers running the most common operation system in the world). Have been repeatedly told by Bose that they don't care about this issue and have no intention of fixing it. Do not buy these earbuds. There are plenty of other ones that are compatible with ALL Bluetooth devices. Very disappointed in Bose customer service and product. Will not be buying another Bose product again.

    Highly fo not recommend

    The wireless idea behind these is great and the look is sleek however, I would not buy them. If you have multiple devices, it will randomly connect to one of them. Constantly connecting to my iPad or iphone when I want it to connect to my watch. Every time I go to use them, I have a pairing issue where they won’t connect. I have to pretty much delete and re add them everytime. Also, they constantly cut in and out. They seem to lose connection and about 2-3 ft which is frustrating when working out doing biceps or really anything that requires full arm extensions. They are very uncomfortable. I have tried all the sizes and they never feel secure. When I run, I have to take them out or they will fall out. The sound quality is also very poor. They don’t sit in your ear enough to block out any noise which is annoying. I think I will stick to Jaybirds from here on out.

    Worst product Bose has released yet! Garbage

    Why I keep going back to Bose products I have no idea. Bought these to replace Apple Air Pods because they would not stay in my ears. I wanted to use to work out on my Peloton bike. These do stay in the ear but they take almost 2 hours to update with new firmware and they will not sync or stay connected to a Peloton Bike which uses an Android platform tablet. The app Bose uses Connect is horrible and these look stupid in your ear almost like you are wearing a headset. The design of these is horrible and the volume buttons and bluetooth sync button are hard to press and in the wrong spots. All around these are one of the worst products to come out of Bose in years similar to the Sound Touch products that I returned. Do not buy these, you will be wasting your time and money! I returned immediately.

    Battery may last 3 hours. Sometimes Bluetooth will not connect to Apple iphone. Sometimes shows full charge & dies in 5 minutes. Very, very disappointed in this Bose earbud. I have been thru 2 sets in 3 months & exchanging these today for a 3rd set. :(

    Worst purchase ever!

    The left bud comes "unpaired" every 10 minutes and the only way to "re-pair" it is to put both buds back in the case. Imagine a 30-minute walk: 10 minutes in, if you have the case with you (why would you?), you have to pause the run, take both buds out of your ears, put both into the case, remove both from the case, replace both in your ears, scroll the podcast back 30 seconds and then resume your run. You can look forward to repeating that process two or three more times during the 30-minute run. If you don't have the case with you on the run (again, why would you?) you can simply enjoy sound in your right ear only. Neat.

    USELESS FOR TV/AUDIO

    Was told these were the best and great for TV. The latency is so bad it renders them useless. Not to mention they took forever to pair with my brand new Sony TV. Called Bose customer service many times during the process and was told the firmware update would solve the issues. Got the update and it wiped out the audio. Returned for a new pair, same results. Bose finally told me the latency was a know issue and even if I got the update to stop wiping out the audio it would not totally fix the latency problem. FIRST AND LAST BOSE PURCHASE.

    I have had this head set for a few months now and must say I am so disappointed I bought these. I can put my phone in my pocket look over my left shoulder and the headset cuts out. I can place my phone on my desk, put my had over the right headphone and the sound cuts out. have my phone in my pocket and put my hand in there over my phone and they cut out. I have updated the drivers and no change. I had friends talking about getting a pair of these and I told them to not waste the money. I love bose products but wish I had never bought these.

    Left Disappointed

    They worked great and I enjoyed them for the first 2+ years but now they will no longer hold a charge for more than 30 minutes. Considering the price paid and the brand quality that Bose is known for I expected to get more than 2 years of life out of them before they became useless and no longer warranted. Very disappointed.

    Typical Bose quality

    I was given these as a gift to me for Father's Day June 16, purchased from Best Buy. The left earpiece started going in-and-out after only two weeks. On July 13, the left side quit working completely. I wish my daughter had known how poor the quality of Bose stuff is. I have never purchased anything made by Bose that lasted. Don't make the mistake and dismiss the other one and two star reviews on theses things.

    Less than 2 hours

    I have had these headphone for less than 2 hours and I will be returning them tomorrow. YouTube videos have about a 1 to 2 second lag in the sound. I went to the Bose website and people have been having this problem for over a year with no fix. How do you expect someone to pay $200 for headphones with a lag and you aren’t interested in fixing the issue.

    One earbud doesn't work

    One earbud doesn't charge all the way and when the one side that doesn't charge well dies they both don't work. They constantly cut in and out. The sound is ok. These are not worth the price and I am surprised that Bose sells a product like this.

    Save yourself the frustration and just buy the air pods pro. I hve had mine for over r 2 years and hate them. The sound qu ality is trash. The fit is non existent. I have small ear canals and they fall put. Total waste pf money.

    Disappointed

    I have always enjoyed Bose products until I purchased these Soundsport Free. Two major issues: 1. Major audio lag, even the firmware update didn’t fix. 2. Manufacturing issues - I can elaborate if needed, e.g. send pictures. Will return today. Not getting another Soundsport product.

    Can only pair with a single Bluetooth device at a time! For the price this was completely unacceptable. Jabra has great sound and can pair with my mobile, laptop, TV, and Alexa at the same time. Sorry a Bose, you missed the mark on this one.
