Sound great (maybe could go a little louder). Would like another option for the tips. Charging case is a definite positive

Bought to replace soundsport wireless so I wouldn't have the wire going from each ear. No problem staying in your ear and good quality sound.

These headphones are very comfy to wear. I have my own but these I purchased for my wife to use on runs and her zoom meeting. Great sound quality!

I bought these (August 2019) after owning the Bose Soundsport with the wire around the neck and liking the fit and sound. The Soundsport Frees had a great fit in my ears and I've always had a problem with earbuds staying in my ears while I run. The sound was pretty good and the battery lasted 5 days before needing to be charged. The buttons on the buds are way too hard to press and are useless. About 10 months into it the right earbud wouldn't charge when put into the charging case. I was able to reach out to Bose and since it was under the 1 year warranty they sent me a replacement. About 6 months later the new pair have been having issues charging the left earbud. The fit started to get worse even when changing the size of the ear tips and would fall out constantly while running. There were also synching issues with my phone that started to happen very often. My old Bose soundsport neck wired ear buds are still working fine.

Really couldn’t ask for anything better. I put the cord under my hat and basically they become true wireless and the volume rocker sits nicely behind my ear and I let one hang if I need to hear people. I returned the soundsport frees just so I could use them like this. Also didn’t like the buttons on the ear bud on the frees. Could have come with a portable charger instead of charging $50 for it but, ya know. I take them everywhere so I just double it as a wallet so it works out I guess haha

I love these headphones that double as a wireless headset. They won't shake loose with vigorous exercise. For on- road activities, they, importantly, do not block out sounds around you, even at maximum volume. The only problem I have had is dropping sound if I wear my phone on the left arm. Once I moved it to the right arm, I have not had any problem. Interestingly, the sound doesn't drop if I walk around corners or into other rooms. Apparently, the BT doesn't travel well through the body.

Sound is great, fits perfect, stays in place during workouts even with my small ears. Shower with them no problems. Best pair of wireless headphones for a great price.

Super sound, great bass. Better get the extended bestbuy warranty though. Has saved me twice because of my teenager jamming them in his pockets etc...

The completely wireless ear buds allow full control of phone activities while delivering the best sound for the buck! And, they stay in place during intense workouts!

Have had 0 problems with these headphones. The a really comfortable and the sound is great. They are not noise cancelling because they want you to be safe while running.

These headset are very comfortable! So much so, that you’ll forget you have them on! The sound quality is amazing. Better than AirPods. The software interface is genius too!

As usual Bose delivers on the sound when listening to music. The twist? This headset only plays in one ear (the right) when you are on calls. And you cannot select which ear!!! I found that to be weird and off putting. At this price point weird and off putting should not be the response. This is a great buy for music listeners and video watchers, but if you like to hear your calls in two ears, this is not the device for you.

I've never owned a Bose product or a completely wireless earbud. I love these, great sound and ease of use. Do not slip out of your ear, and very easy to use & charge

Quality sound and they are easy to connect to your device. They stay charged for a good amount of time. Perfect for working out or running.

Not as much functionality as others but has the best sound. Does have sole connection issue but it’s forgivable

Before I bought these earbuds I researched all of the brands out there. I looked at all of the reviews and the one thing that they all seemed to have a problem with no solution was delay with video playback. The only company that said they were working on an update that would eventually fix the problem was Bose. before I purchased these I asked if I could return these if they had not fixed the issue. The new Soundsport free is with out a doubt the best sounding earbuds. They also fixed the delay problem and they are awesome for watching movies and videos on my laptop. I highly recommend these earbuds.

Love them, period! Stay charged for a really long time, which is great for running marathons. Fantastic sound in a small package.

Got a new phone without a headphone jack so I bought some Bluetooth headphones and couldn't have been more satisfied. Battery lasts about 6 hours from my experience, and audio quality is really good. My only slight complaint is that they're not as noise cancelling as I'd like, but my old headphones were literally earplugs. My other slight complaint is that you have to download the Bose app before you can connect the headphones to your device. Other than that they connect really fast and I haven't had any issues with the headphones falling out and such. Overall great headphones.

They have a good sound quality and hold up pretty well during exercise since they don't have any cables.

Very good quality of sound , clear and boom has a loud bass sound , I like oreange color it looks nice on this wonderful headphones.
