This is a technical limitation of the Truly Wireless Technology that we utilized for the SoundSport Free headphones where the master (right) earbud cannot send call audio to the left earbud. This is typical of this technology and there are several other benefits to using this, such as comfort, fit, and unrivaled sound quality, as well as convenience. Great clarity

I have yet to work out with them, but I have noticed that after about an hour my ears hurt and I have to adjust them. They have also fallen out of my ear a few times. I don’t have that problem with the AirPods even when I work out. I love the sound and clarity when I’m on the phone or listening to music. Only other con is the price, but they are Bose and you pay for the reputation and quality.

Great Headphones

I also have the Jabra Elite 65's, and these two are tough competitors. The Jabra have an edge on the Bose because they included noise cancelling, but the Bose have the upper hand on sound. Although the Jabra Elite 65's sound pretty good, the Bose are superior. The dilemma is, which one to buy. I finally broke the puzzle by buying both!
