Every time i turn my head, wipe the sweat off my face or bend over the left side looses connection. Too many times you have to put it back in the case to reset it and it will also begin to make a loud screeching noise. Took too long to take it back and now I’m stuck with them.

my second pair

The reason I had to get another pair was because the buttons on them got worn down and fell off. The rubber around it cracked. I love these because it had great bass and sound. I recommend getting insurance for them so you don't have to worry about dishing out another $200+ for a pair when yours breaks.

Distance trumps quality

Great quality sound but connecting from device to device is more tedious than it should be. Bose needs to work on the distance because they cost enough money.

Better sound than Apple AirPods

Compared to Apple AirPods, the sound quality is much better with the Bose product. The draw backs of Bose earbuds verse Applie AirPods is that the Bose earbuds are much larger. They are also more expensive than the Apple product. The extra cost is worth it if sound quality is the most important factor for you.
