I bought these on Black Friday and have been pleased

Well - I wasn't expecting a headset sold on today's age, from a major, premium brand like Bose - sold with no Mic, it was not specified clearly on the add or web page, so purchase was returned due to that...

Had great expectations, however only good for kids.

Gets uncomfortable if u put it on long. It's okay.

Good product but prefer noise canceling headphones

Bose is a good brand saw it on sale had to get it.

The Bose name used to mean something, apparently it doesn't any more, these headphone have crackling at low end, a very tinny sound at high end and just generally sound terrible. I have a $40 Sony wireless headphones that sound 100% better than these.

I bought this because of the name brand for quality. The sound is great, but only if you are pushing the buds into your ear and holding them. All three tips did not fit properly. I returned the item.

I used wired headphones to listen to music or watch movies while sleeping and use wireless for exercising. These headphones are bulky, like the wireless b/t ones but are wired. I couldn't use these for my intended purpose. So, I returned them.

Hi Team, I am an Elite customer in Best Buy unfortunately my account got blocked key and was stuck in unavoidable situation of inability to return. In spite of product which doesn't match as per the cover picture. This has really disappointed me. All the services in Best Buy are good as per my expectations but this return restriction is hurting me with the confidence of buying new products. Coming on to the Bose speakers the cover picture shows volume controls but the actual product doesn't have the controls on it. I would request you to provide me the actual product specified as per the cover picture. Regards, Srinivas.

Bought this Bose thinking it would sound better than a cheap sony headphone, I was quiet disappointed as the sound quality wasn't any better than an average headphone, sits in the ear a bit uncomfortably,

I must say I'm a die hard Bose fan. But i am very disappointed in these earbuds. The sound is no where near what i expected. Have a 4yr old pair of buda from phillips that cost $15 that sounds better.

I don't see where these headphones are all that great. They are just OK as far as excluding outside noises. I have already lost one of the flexible piece that goes in the ear after one month of use.

I bought these as I thought the price was very reasonable for Bose. Found out they must have just put their name on them as they were not any better than the other cheap earphones I have.

I ordered wireless earphones but the ones I received are NOT Wireless. I had them wrapped for a Christmas and there sure was a disappointed face looking at me from my grandson. So sad!

Having been using beats for a while, these pair hurt my ears because it sounded very shrill, there was almost no bass on these and too much highs. not very comfortable to listen to.

I thought is headphones would allow me to answer phone calls like my other headphones made by Bose!! The packaging is the same as my other headphone box excluding the fine print

Bought these for my college age daughter but found they were nothing special considering the price. Ended up returning them for a much cheaper pair that sounded just as good.

No In-line microphone and control, so it doesn't lets you take calls and/or talk through it while plugged in your phone.

Earphones sound quality is just ok, nothing great you feel compared with a regular 10$ earphones. Its hard to put the earplugs also. Thumbs down product from Bose.
