I have replaced this item three times. The first one and this one doesn't stay charged very long. The second pair would lose signal often. However, when you purchase the warranty BEST BUY allows you to return and get another one.

The set sits well in the ear, but the heart monitor sensor constantly looses connection and requires the headphone re-adjustments. The battery life is about 4-4.5 hours.

this is an excellent accessory as well as secure, protective carrying case. Always keeps the ear buds charged. The indicator lights always give an indication as to the charging status for both the case and the ear buds. Highly recommend this case.

I have quite a few Bose products, and these ear phones are pretty great, especially if you are always on the go...the chord is hidden with my hair, so i feel safe when I go bike riding or jogging too (as opposed to over the ear headphones)

I would like to start this review by saying that it took me 1month before coming to a conclusion: these headphones are good and really overpriced. The level of quality is average. There are 3 technical issues described in other reviews, and I confirm: syncing, pairing or connecting to devices; second thing is the sound quality -It is really average, and goes low when used with tv streaming apps. Finally the heart rate monitoring is not good. The app takes long time to come and tell you the reading or most of the time is saying to adjust the left side.

I'm more than happy with these headphones, definitely what you'd expect from Bose. There's a security clip for your collar, a plus for me! Very comfortable too. Inline mic for calls and inline volume control.

Firstly, I received the Bose SoundSport Pulse Wireless Headphones in red color from Best Buy to test and review them. My review will be honest and the photo in my review is the actual pair that I received. Honestly, I'm not a big fan of ear buds / earphones. I do own a cheaper pair of wired Panasonic ear buds that I bought for working in the yard and they are so-so, but again they are cheap. Honestly, I do prefer and own a pair of Bose wired QC25 noise cancelling headphones and they are outstanding. But this review is for the wireless Bose SoundSport Pulse Wireless Headphones. To begin with, they recommend that you download the Bose Connect software. I was able to download the software for my Motorolla G4 phone without any problems. But I also have an iPod Touch 4th generation, and there are not any apps available for iPods on the iTunes website. Just apps for iPads and iphones. I did not try and download either of those for my iPod, so I don't know if they would work. I'm guessing that the apps are mainly for the pulse part of the Bose Soundsport Pulse ear buds. I did not try out the pulse, as of this review on my G4 phone yet. But will hopefully get a chance to do so shortly using my G4 phone. Oh, and buy the way, the Bose Soundsport buds connected to my iPod by Bluetooth without any apps and without any problems. As mentioned earlier, I'm use to over the ear or on the ear headphones. Overall, I'm very pleased with the sound of the Bose. I mainly listen to classic rock, some pop and European bands like Nightwish, Within Temptation, Sirenia and Epica. For ear buds, the Bose put out very good bass, which I love. Not sloppy boomy bass, but fairly tight bass, yet not as good as over the ear or on the ear headphones obviously. I'm sure this in part due to the rubber earpiece. Bose gives you three (3) different sizes of soft rubber earpieces, S, M, L. The medium was installed at the factory, but a bit too big for me, so I switched to the small size, and they were perfect. Overall, the tonal quality from bright highs to low bass, these Bose Soundsport did not disappoint. Also, the distance that I was able to travel through out my house was very, very good. I left my iPod in my upstairs corner office and went all over my house (1800 sq. feet) without any problems. On the cord that connects the ear buds, you'll find a small switch that will lower or raise the volume and it will also pause my music as well. Also, there is a little clip that is exactly in the middle of the cord, so you can clip it to your collar just in case the Bose were to fall out of your ears due to running, working out, etc. What you see in my photo is what you'll get. A short (12 inches) USB charging cable, 3 different sizes of soft rubber ear pieces and a semi padded 3 1/2 inch diameter case for your buds that also have a netting sewed into one side (inside) to store the USB charging cable. If your not going to use the pulse part of these Bose Soundsport pulse ear buds with the Bose Connect app which gives you real-time heart rate readings, I would recommend the Bose SoundSport Wireless ear buds and save yourself the $50.00 price difference. Again, overall, very nice and very good sound quality. Recommended

I was skeptical that I would like these earbuds. I find almost all earbuds to be really uncomfortable. For example, I cannot wear the EarPods that came with my iPhone. My daily 'phones are my LG TonePro's which I LOVE, so it took a lot for me to COMPLETELY SWITCH from wearing my TonePro's around my neck daily to clipping the case for these Bose earbuds to my purse and pulling them out when I wanted to use them. Which I have started to do. My other comparison for sound quality is my pair of Bose around-the-ear Sound True headphones, which I use for my home listening. Is the sound quality on these wireless earbuds as good? Absolutely not. But for wireless earbuds? I was really surprised by how close they came. Things I loved: -While it took a little trial and error, I did find a good fit with the enclosed ear tips and found the earbuds to be comfortable for long wear. -While earbuds tend to fall out of my ears, these stay in really well, even with a lot of jostling from running or walking. I work out with these with only a few periodic adjustments. They stay in much better than my wired earbuds. -The sound quality is amazing for what they are. Outside noise reduction is surprisingly good (great for at the gym, maybe not so great if you're out running on the street and need to be aware of noise around you). -Bluetooth pairing is consistent, reliable and I never had to worry about it again after pairing once with my iPhone 6. -The heart rate monitor seems to be accurate, compared with other monitors I simultaneously compared it with. Works with third party apps on the app store. Handy! Room for improvement: -One of the best features of my LG TonePro headphones is that they vibrate when a call comes in so I can "wear" them all day and never hear my phone ring. Admittedly, the mic is kind of a secondary feature on these earbuds to the sound and heart rate monitoring, but a vibrate feature on these would make my TonePro's totally obsolete for me. -I wish all the gadgetry was on one side so I could keep one earbud out if I need to hear what's going on around me. As it is, the buttons and mic are on the right, but the heart rate monitor is on the left... so I can have either/or if I need to have an earbud out to hear road noise, etc. -The black/gray rubber tips for the earbuds collect lots of dust, lint, etc. I wonder if there is another material or texture that would work better. Verdict: I love these earbuds. They are definitely an investment, but for the sound quality and added feature of the heart rate monitor--if you're working out with them, they are a worthwhile investment!

These are awesome! If I had one complaint, I’d like to see the heart-rate saved to show trends- but that’s not a knock against the earbuds, but more on the Bose app. Great earbuds though

These are great headphines for working out or for a daily commute. The only draw back is the relatively short 2.5 hours of play time, although they do charfe surprisingly fast.

Overall these are nice earphones. I like that they’re wireless which is one less thing to worry about getting hung up on something when riding my bike. Sound quality is good, though not very loud. I think that’s due to these being an open air design. The wind while bike riding interferes a little too much. I haven’t used it as a headset to receive phone calls so I can’t comment to that. I like that these come with a clip on the cord. Just a little bit of extra security should they come out of your ear, which they haven’t yet. I do wish they came in different colors, though the red on black isn’t bad.
