BOSE is my choice of product for quality and sound

I like Bose products that's really works ! Bought this product but little disappointed that it's won't stay in place and the cable clip is gone in first few hours so if I have to buy again I will think twice.

Good sound. Connected great. However needed headphones that need to withstand a work out. Repeatedly placing them in my ear wasn't part of the deal.

The sound quality was great but the ear buds were too bulky. They would not stay in my ear once I started sweating. Really sweaty workout caused the left earpiece to stop working.

BOSE should invest some of the money from their expensive headsets to come up with a better method to keep the earplugs in the ears and not draped around my neck.

disappointed that I had to re-purchase these within 7 days, because 1st purchase stopped working. When I re-ordered, felt compelled to order the insurance. Kinda disappointed!

The fact it doesn’t come with something to hold the wire from moving around while am working out it bother me a lot like I don’t even take it with to the gym !!

These headphone were great. The heart rate monitor stopped working. Got a fresh pair(thank you Geek Squad plan) and I've never been happier with a set of headphones

The audio for the Bose products are exceptional. I owned the SoundSport before and I would recommend this model above the SoundSport Pulse. Save yourself the $$. The heart rate monitor has not been supported since iOS 10 (the work-around is rebooting the phone and re-pairing the Bluetooth device) From reading the support site, Bose has no plans for fixing it.

Wow..... so great. These were super easy to connect to my phone. Just took them out of the box, turned them on, when to my bluetooth setting on my phone and was able to connect it. I downloaded the beats app and it connected right to it as well. I was listening to music within minutes of opening these up. and WOW was the bass level completely unexpected. I have Beats, and these are so much better. I was not sure about how they would fit in my ears, I am used to the type that go over the top of your ear. But these fit super snug and block out a lot of the ambient noise around. I ran with them on the treadmill and I could not hear anyone around me. The music was amazing. So happy with these and they fit super. Not once did I think they would fall out while running. Amazing......

Purchased the headphones 6 months ago. They were great. 2 weeks ago the headphones started shutting down for no reason to the point where they are completely unreliable. In addition, they no longer hold a charge and no matter how long you have been wearing or charging them, the voice prompt says 90% charged. I would not advise spending $200.00 on a product that only lasts six months.

These wore out within the first year. My husband used them every day, and they started to have problems with the wiring.

Gave it 3 stars because it needs to be able to adjust to ears...husband had to return them because they wouldn’t stay in

I did not like the size, sound quality, or battery life of the product. I returned them and bought Beats by Dr. Dre - Beats Earphones

I have owned several Bose products in the past so when I saw that the Bose Soundsport Pulse were being released I immediately wanted to try these out. I have grown to expect exceptional comfort and quality sound from Bose and these headphones do not disappoint. I use the headphones at the gym, and while playing basketball and tennis. In all conditions, I produced a large amount of sweat and I did not have any issues with the headphones afterwards. The heart rate monitor is a great feature on these headphones, as I was able to get a real time rating of my heart rate during these activities. The heart rate readings matched those produced on my Apple Watch Series 2. The headphones also remained secure during these activities and did not fall out, which is definitely a plus. The headphones and the Bose Connect App are very easy to use, which makes for a great experience. I also love being able to connect to two devices simultaneously as this allowed me to pair the headphones with my phone and my laptop. While working on my laptop and listening to music, I was able to answer a call when it came in. My only complaints about these headphones are that they are really bulky /protrude well beyond your ears, the price, and the 5-hour battery life. Nonetheless, they are still some of the best sports bluetooth headphones that I have tried out, and I would recommend them to anyone that needs great sounding/comfortable headphones that actually stay in your ear. I hope the next generation of these will have a more attractive design, longer battery life, and a cheaper price.

Well to be honest with you i love the brand Bose but the the size to big i will recommend this only if really love the the brand .

Let me start off by saying that the sound quality on these headphones are beyond anything I have ever used before. I paired them to my iPhone within seconds and I also downloaded the recommended app to try out. As far as the sound goes I compared them to the Apple earbuds that come with the iPhone and its day and night the difference in the sound. These not only drown out the outside noise way better but the base that these headphones provide is incredible. They were comfortable to wear and are super easy to use. A nice touch is when the headphones were on I could see the battery level/status not only in the top bar of my iPhone but also in the battery widget that is on the iPhone. These also provided audio cues such as the battery level and the device it was connected too when you turned them on each time. I used them on walks and it was so nice not being tethered to a wire while I listened to my music or podcasts. With that said the music sounded amazing and the podcasts were as clear as day. I even used them while laying in bed to watch YouTube videos and that was quite the immersive experience. The battery lasted the 5 hours that they promise and then some. The range of connection was more than ample for what I used them for. They come with a nice carrying case so as to not get tangled when thrown in a pocket or bag. The heart rate feature is nice to have but wasn't needed in my case since I also where an Apple Watch. If you are in the same position as me then you can save yourself $50 dollars by going with the option without the heart rate feature. With that said I would recommend these to anyone that loves to listen to music and doesn't want to be tethered to their device by a wire. Again the sound is amazing, they are comfortable to wear and are super easy to use!

Too large/bulky to fit and stay in my ear. I was disappointed because I prefer Bose, but I could not use them.

Headphones were inconsistent with HR monitor and if not I’m perfectly would constantly notify me.
