Bought these earphones last summer and for whatever reason the right ear was not functioning. I purchased the replacement plan through BB and was able to replace without any hassle. AWESOME

Sound quality for these headphones are on par with their wired counterparts. Sound controls are inline and well placed for easy access. The microphone performs much better than I expected, people I have talked to on the phone said I was clear and could not tell I was using a mic. The mic is built into the inline controls. The ear pieces are quite comfortable and light. The base/receiver the ear tips extend from are rounded and smooth to avoid rubbing against your outer ear. As with most headphones you will get various sized options for ear size and comfort. Inline controls are on the right hand side about 3 inches from the right headphone. The inline controls require some force to adjust volume, so you will not accidentally change volume. The power button, status lights and USB port are all on the right hand headpiece. All call controls, volume, etc are in the inline controller. Battery life has been quite good. My initial usage points to about 12 hours battery life based on the Bose Connect app battery status, packaging claims 6 hours. There is built in battery savings for auto power off that can be adjusted in the app. Speaking of the Bose Connect App, available in the Google Play Store and the Apple App Store. The app is very basic and straightforward on Android. Open the app, it will prompt for you to turn on the headphones. Pair. Done. The App is not required unless you plan on making setting changes, such as default voice prompt language or auto power down options. My only concern is the USB port cover, it is rubber and feels well built, tight fit and strong, but I fear this could easily get broken off the headphoness. Packaging includes the headphones, Bose headphone case, 12 inch standard micro USB cable, (1) large and (1) small replacement ear tips, manuals and warranty information. In the included photos I have a US Quarter and a AA size battery for reference for the size of the buds.

I absolutely love these Bose Soundsport wireless headphones. They are very easy to use, they fit nicely in my ear. The sound quality is superior and they are super comfortable in my ears. I really like that they are sweat an weather resistant. When Im running or exercising i dont have to worry about them getting sweaty or falling off or out of my ear. I love how they are wireless so you can do whatever you want without having wires get in your way. The material is very nice and soft made of silicone and are very comfortable feeling inside my ears. It has a really good battery life too so that gives me the confidence to keep listening and using my headphones for quite a long time. Its also very easy to connect to with bluetooth and I like that it comes with a mic and remote to control the volume so you can listen to your music or answer your phone calls with superior sound quality. I absolutely love my Bose soundsport wireless headphones and I would highly recommend to everyone!

Bose sound are so amazing, it's like your ib a live concert when you use them. There the best.

Purchased the headphones three months back. Best sound quality among all wireless sport headphones. Unfortunately they are not durable. The rubber lining on the side where the power button is located has become loose and the power button is broken as a result. Can't use the headphones anymore. Big disappointment.

Jokes aside, these Bose ear buds are great and effective. About three months ago I took the plunge and bought a pair of wireless ear buds on the advice of two people. I had nothing to compare them to but then I got these ear buds and I'm sad I can't take back my first purchase because these live up to my expectations from Bose. I should state that I am a loyal Bose customer and have about 4 other sets of earphones and they are amazing. I have the Bose noise cancelling earphones and these ear buds compare very well! The sound is crisp, there is dynamic in the actual sounds and instruments, and the bass is nice and low. I like to listen to different genres of music so I used a song with a Philharmonic orchestra with Elvis, a thunderstorm track, a live track and of course a track I would normally listen to at the gym. All of the tracks played nicely in my ears and I couldn't hear any outside static noise like with my other wireless buds. Taking a call was easy and so between my smart watch (primary device) and my phone I could multi-task easily. They charged fast, the ear buds are comfy, pairing took 10 seconds and the head bud voice assistant reminded me to look for Bose Sound Sport in the list of devices to pair which was really helpful. The cord/wire that connects the ear buds is anti-slip rubber so when at my peak workout time where I sweat the most they didn’t move or risk falling to the floor like other ear buds. You can also download the Bose Connect app, which is very minimalist and lets you see battery level, devices paired (you can pair more than one unlike my other ear buds) and if you just want to see the batter level on the ear bud a LED light lights up green, yellow or red to let you know how charged your ear buds are.

These sound great, but mine fell apart after not very much use. The rubber around the ear piece came off on both sides. I've bought multiple Bose products before, but never had them fall apart like this pair.

I guess I can only use this on listening to music. When I used it on discord and in pre-recorded interviews, the sound quality is terrible and my voice sounded broken. My friends on discord also complained about my sound quality. What's worse is that the little clamp that is supposed to keep the wire in place has already fallen off. It's very inconvenient to use it without the clamp. Besides, though it's not a big deal yet, the Bluetooth connection is becoming more and more unstable. I got this only about one month ago... I'm just wondering if I have a warranty on this...

I tried 3 other types of Bluetooth headphones before these. The sound quality on these SoundSports blows everything else away. Holds a charge well and connects to my phone INSTANTLY. I was worried about the connecting cord with the volume control on it. I had a cheap pair of BT headphones with the same setup and the control buttons on the cord were so heavy they would pull the right earbud out of my ear every time I turned my head left. That is not the case with these. The control buttons are extremely lightweight and don't interfere with comfortability/ performance at all, especially if you use the clip to attach the cord to your shirt collar. -- only complaint : The maximum volume is a tad low, but I assume this is because the headphones have such strong bass that if they were able to go any louder the speakers would blow too easily. A worthy sacrifice for how great they sound.

I wanted something wireless with nose cancling and loud but this Bose sport are not all that not even louder than my a Apple headphones. Not happy hopefully they come with something new that is not over the ear not everyone wants something so big

These earbuds have a lot going for them positively. So I'll start with the bad first. The bad: This is more of a Bluetooth issue than anything. And maybe something that occurs due to my head. Occasionally when I turn my head to the right away from the device it's connected to, the audio skips. No matter my physical distance from the source. I rarely have connection troubles between theses and my MacBook Pro/Pixel. But when I try connecting it to my Surface Pro or while in my bootcamped windows install, it takes a lot of toggling to get it to connect. I suspect that this isn't Bose's fault and instead is an issue with Windows' Bluetooth drivers. I wish the battery life we're more than 4 hours but to be fair, that's a long time for wireless earbuds. I'll have to try again but I haven't been able to get them to charge and play audio at the same time. Would be really nice to have if you're actually sitting down and intending to use them for more than 4 hours. The good. Audio quality is phenomenal. When the bass gets heavy, you actually feel the drivers trembling a bit. Really adds to the experience. Spoken word is crisp and clear. And with the full frequency range, it's very natural sounding. It has controls built into the buds and the middle button can activate Google Assistant which is really useful. They aren't sold as noise cancelling and I personally am not a fan of full noise cancellation. But the sound insulation of these is still really, really good. In fact, it is pleasant to just wear them with no music playing. They stay in your ear really well. They're designed for athleticism in mind. Neither good nor bad: They jut out quite a bit from your ear and this might be a negative for some of you but I personally wouldn't trade the sound quality for a smaller, less obvious profile. Plus they're not heavy despite their size. Considering how we have fast charging everything these days, the charging time does not fit in that category. That said a full charge still isn't terribly long and hasn't frustrated me.

These were great for a few weeks, until today. Went for a 3 mile run this morning, and after the run, I got on my bike for a 20 miler. About 10 miles in to the ride, the earbuds shut down, and wouldn't power back on. Battery was at 60% when these died. I thought these were supposed to be sweat resistant, which I'm assuming is probably the issue. Tried charging these when I got home, but no charging indicator light. Really disappointed in these

This is my third Bose product and they have yet to dissappoint. I've owned the Bose Sound Sport Wireless headphones for a week now and so far so good. I love the deep bass and rich, clear, detailed sound I get from these headphones. Also, the volume level is really good too, and does not distort at max. They paired very easily with my iPhone and MacBook. As far as the fit goes, no issues whatsoever. I work out rigorously and they have never fallen out. I also like the Bose Connect app which shows you the battery life on my headphones, name of track you're listening to and allows you to skip to the next song. Additionally, I like the fact that the headphones audibly let you know who is calling you without you having to look at your phone and also lets you know the battery life as well. In addition to the Bose headphones, I purchased the Beats Powerbeats 3 Wireless headphones in order to compare them with the Bose headphones. While the Beats headphones were great and I liked the fit on my ears, I decided that the Bose Sound Sport Wireless headphones are superior to the Beats due to the sound being a bit more clear/detailed and because of the Bose Connect app of which the Beats brand does not offer. All in all, I am very happy with my Bose Sound Sport Wireless Headphones and I highly recommend them!

I am rating this Bose product at 3.5 out of 5 stars. These Bose SoundSport wireless earphones are comfortable in the ears and can be worn for many hours in a row with little to no ear discomfort. The battery only lasts for around 5 hours, depending on overall listening volume, but the charging time is fairly quick, and these headphones have good quality sound that you would expect from a Bose product. Both the left and right headphone are easy to hold and almost seem like they were designed to have small handles on each headphone, making each headphone easy to grab and place into the ear. The Bluetooth pairing process is quite quick with these Bose SoundSport headphones, once the headphones have been paired with a device, they connect quickly after being turned on. There is a micro USB cable provided, but no USB charging adapter, that was kind of unexpected, a USB charging adapter would have been a really nice addition. These headphones were designed to wrap around the back of the neck area, but I found that allowing the cord to dangle down in front of the shirt area, is another way to wear the headphones, which allows the microphone to points closer to the mouth and picks up sound better. There is a silicone flap that is covering the micro USB port on the right under side of the Bose SoundSport headphone, once the silicone flap is pulled out, it cannot be turned to the side very far, which makes plugging in the micro USB cable slightly challenging. The silicone cover should have been designed to swivel 180 degrees once it is pulled out, so that it is completely out of the way of the charging port. (I am deducting 1/2 star for this charging port cover issue.) When reviewing a product, and deciding upon an overall rating score, I figure in the selling price of a product, this is the value factor, having said that, there is not much to these Bluetooth headphones, and so I feel as if the selling price should reflect that. Having a beginning selling price of $149.95, I feel as if this is too much for a product that is so tiny, and I am removing 1 star for this reason, if the beginning selling price was $99, then I would have given this Bose product a 4.5 star rating. Considering that the build quality and design of these Bose SoundSport headphones is almost certainly better than the current market competition, I guess that makes up a bit for the slightly high selling price. If you are looking for a comfortable and good sounding pair of Bluetooth headphones made by Bose, then the SoundSport wireless headphones might be a good choice for you.

I reviewed these headphones about 8 months ago when I first got them. It was a fairly good review. I think I gave them 4 stars. Now I don't think they deserve 1. After only 8 months, they disconnect constantly and often just turn off. Sometimes they will turn on and connect by themselves. On top of that they are literally falling apart (see attached pictures). Absolutely not worth $150. I feel like I was ripped off. I spent the money thinking I was buying a superior product from a quality manufacturer. Boy was I wrong. Avoid these at all costs.
