the sound was good overall, like them, but have issues keeping them in my ears after start sweating, also, if fully charged work fine, after a little use i had to move my fitbit ionic to my right hand (closer to the connection side) or it would go in and out on my left hand while i was swinging my arms running, they periodically drop the connection to my watch and i have to reconnect it

Hello :) I bought these buds just over a week ago and I love them! I have bought/returned several pairs, trying to find what fits in my ears and stays there; Bose has done that with these :D I did have to put the smaller tips on because my ears are weird but they have only actually fallen out a couple times_due in part because of my long hair getting caught in them, which is why I hesitated at 1st to purchase; but that was only at the beginning, since then when my hair gets tangled I can easily untangle without loosing the buds! As I stated earlier, I am so excited to find a pair that stay where they're supposed to! However, these last few days I have noticed what seems to be some kind of interference of late, when wearing them.. I actually called and spoke to a customer service rep for BestBuy about it today. At times, I've noticed that they are somehow becoming choppy and going in/out, as if loosing connection even if my phone/computer are next to me; It was on my my desktop computer, that I first noticed the connection issue. ..The rep suggested I return/exchange them as she also noticed my voice, whilst using them to speak to her on the phone, seemed to be cracking-up and going in/out. For that, I am gravely disappointed, as even on sale, they're on the higher end; which is why I gave a 4* I am am hoping if I exchange the buds, I won't have that issue.. I will try and post an update after I return to the store.. Thank you

Bose always delivers the best sound quality, they’re a bit expensive but there’s a reason for it. I’ve gone through LG tone pro and infinum, Skullcandy inks, and Sony earbuds. Every brand have failed in less than 1 year with moderate usage everyday around the house or outdoors. These Bose have lasted and retained their charge for a good while now and I hope they continue to deliver for years.

I love my Bose. I wear them to the gym and I also take calls for work since I work on the road. Sound quality is excellent. The fit is comfortable. My only complaint is when I am working I wear them around my neck and sometimes they shift to one side. I am very active while working so it is not big deal. I have tried jaybird and beats, and these are by far my favorite for sound and fit. Great product.

Bought this for my wife for use on the Peloton. Sound quality is excellent and the earbuds are very comfortable. Note the headphones can only pair with 2 devices so it was a little tricky pairing with the bike bc it paired with both our iPhone first. After figuring that out, they have performed quite well. Great for making phone calls as well.

I had a pair, BF stole them cause he liked them so much, so I bought a second one for myself. They are a little bulky compared to some ear buds but I like that they are harder to loose, which I have a habit of doing. Nice little case, common charging port, decent battery life, good sound quality. I can still hear around me with both ear buds in or turn it up to block the outside.

The Good Snug fit, decent sound when turned way up. The Bad Despite the snug fit, after 45m/1hr of use they would start to hurt the bottom and back of my ears. I like listening to podcasts for prolonged periods of time so that’s kind of a problem. The controls were tucked a little too far back for my liking. Not a big problem, but worth mentioning. What surprised me most coming from Bose though was the low sound. When paired with my iPhone, having the volume at the default level was barely listenable. The volume had to be turned up at least 3/4th’s of the way to get any good sound. These definitely wouldn’t have worked on a plane and I don’t think they would’ve been listenable in public. I could’ve lived with them if they were more comfortable, but I couldn’t, so I took them back earlier today and upgraded to the AirPods Pro.

Got these as a gift. I’m a kettlebell fanatic so my workouts involve quite a bit of explosive movements. Earbuds stay in almost always. Pretty good considering they don’t have a hook. Guess my only gripe is the cord holding them together. Probably would get the true wireless next time. Sound quality is top notch and battery life is exceptional. Connectivity is also a million times better than Beats...can I say that here?

The Bose headsets have a great sound quality! That being said, they easily fall off of your neck. Within the first week, I lost them without my even knowing it. Great for working out.

For years I've used Bose wired buds, perfect for the gym, yard etc.. The sound was very good, but the cord also reminded you it was there. After trying the jay bird top of the line I returned them for the Bose. The fact that there's no cord is nice, the sound isn't as good as the wired version. It takes some getting used to but the fit & sound is better than the jay bird. If you can wait for version 2 which no doubt will be coming maybe be worth waiting for.

been looking for a decent pair of Bluetooth wireless headphones these ones are a quality built headset. Incredible sound i like to listen to music when I'm outside working in the yard. They seem bulky put the technology is in these Bluetooth wireless headphones. I have been wearing them all day and they don't fall out battery life is good.

good wireless headphones, try the various tips to make sure you get a good fit and seal. They last about 6 hrs or so before requiring a charge. It uses micro USB cable to charge. The app doesn't have any equalizer settings but it has a good clean sound and works well for calls and zoom meetings. It has inline controls for volume, play and pause.

My son loves the sound on these headphones but they don't stay in his ears during workouts. Would give 5 stars otherwise, but probably going back to the Beats that wrap around the ear.
