I've always been true to the brand, mainly because of its standard of quality and durability, but it seems now that these features are no longer part of Bose's values. After a little less than 1 year and a half from the purchase of this product, the ear headphones began to show problems in almost all parts: the logo of one of the sides fell; the rubber that surrounds the right side has unglued and therefore the on/off button that is also wrapped by that rubber is taking off and should drop at any time. Turning on and off has since then been a matter of luck; also the rubber that seals the volume control has unglued, but with that I had less luck: I cannot increase or decrease the volume in any way. Well .... I took the product to an authorized dealer and I was informed that Bose does not repair this type of phone (or headphones in general?), Then, as it is no longer in the warranty, what they can do for me is to give a discount of something between 20 to 25% when buying a new product. So, if you spend 150 dollars + taxes on this product, and in less than a year and a half you have to spend almost the same thing to get a new one, is as bad choice. Go in search of other brands that offer wonderful products for similar prices.
