Product works as stated. The battery life is very good and the sound quality is top notch.

I've used these headphones for a couple of weeks and am extremely impressed. The sound quality is awesome. Although they are supposedly "open," and are not sound cancelling, they do block out most external noise. I haven't worn the phones in one sitting long enough to fully discharge the battery and so can't comment on battery life. They do recharge quickly. The app supplied by Bose is also great. Highly recommend these.

Bought for a motorcycle trip. Work great. Only thing I wish was better was how they sit in the ear. Wish they had a more positive feel. But as they are, they are great headphones, never had an issue with them coming loose or falling, and they sound great. Highly recommend

Great sound like always from a Bose product and I like that as soon as I turn them on that it lets me know the battery percentage. They could be a little more comfortable though and also I would have liked if it came with a hard case instead of a soft one, but other than that it’s a great product.

I used to be a Beats person but they wouldn’t last very long and they would stop working so I switched to Bose. I noticed that my first pair of Bose have been going strong for close to 2 years. I have these in black and also in blue since I love them so much. The sound is so amazing it feels like you’re having your own personal concert!

I'm really happy with these earbuds. Bluetooth connection is super fast, sound quality is great at all volumes. The coverage of highs and lows is very well balanced. Microphone delivers great quality sound during phone calls. I would like longer battery life, but honestly everything else is so well executed the battery life is forgivable.
