There warranty is excellent all you need to do is call them if anything is wrong with them and they will send you a new one. You have to pay shipping and handling though. If they discontinued the one you purchase as long as you pay the difference they will send you the latest version.

The reason for a second is while one is charging I use the other set. Awesome sound I caught myself thinking if I were to go to a concert would it sound as good as my earbuds. My conclusion is the Bose Soundsport earbuds has far better sound than being at a concert because I don’t have to try to hear the music other the crowd noise.
