There warranty is excellent all you need to do is call them if anything is wrong with them and they will send you a new one. You have to pay shipping and handling though. If they discontinued the one you purchase as long as you pay the difference they will send you the latest version.

It constantly falls out. And the clip that connects the cable to my clothes....I'm VERY surprised I haven LOST it yet. Thankfully! Good sounding ear pieces....however...there are specs I'd change!

They could be a little more comfortable though and also I would have liked if it came with a hard case instead of a soft one, but other than that it’s a great product.
