They went through five pairs of the big name completion in less than a year and a half. Tried other brands that didn’t last either and then got the Bose. They have been working great for over a year now and we liked them so much we bought the younger boy a pair.

Superbly Suited Sound

I use the same playlist for workouts and with these earpieces have nuances to songs previously undetected. I make this claim compared to wired earphones. No small feat.

Not loud enough

The volume does not get loud enough (for me) and the product is a little big and bulky. While I appreciate the announcement of the battery life, it's get annoying when I just want to play my music. Overall the product will do.

Had high hopes!

And these kept coming up as a top pair. So when the went on sale, I bit the bullet and bought them. The sound on these were really great! Easy to use, easy to pair and easy to charge. But they just were super uncomfortable in my ears. I tired all the different ear tips, and within an hour or so, my ears were red with discomfort. Also, the battery life isn't that great. I bought these with the anticipation of using them in my office & traveling later this year. They barely lasted 4 hours with the volume on a lower level. I ended up returning these for those two reasons.

Posted .Hey Jessica, I am glad to hear that you enjoyed so many aspects of the earbuds, including the sound quality and ease of use. It's a shame that you had some discomfort when wearing the earbuds, along with short battery life.
Did you try out the different size ear tips? This plays a key role in making the earbuds as comfortable as possible.
Regarding the battery life, you should be able to get up to 6 hours. How did you charge them? It's important to only charge them using the power specifications required. We do not recommend using any fast chargers with these earbuds. Additionally, ensure that the latest firmware is installed by going to https://btu.bose.com on a computer. Easy Bluetooth connection and it connects to all four of my devices with ease. I have them connected to my watch, phone, tablet and laptop and when I go to the gym and step away from my phone, they pair to my watch. HIGHLY RECOMMEND
