Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.After my PowerBeats kept giving me a rash behind my ear, due to the friction of the ear holder material and heavy sweating I was in the market for new wirless sport headphones. I stumbled upon these and after 40 minutes of sweat through cardio they gave out. These are not sweatproof. A static noise on the left side came on and 10 minutes after that a loud beeping noise came on and music went off.I tried to charge them and they aren't charging. Paying $150 and them being bose my expectations were high but this is a joke. If you're going to sit around and not sweat these are great, if you're going to use them what they were built, I'm sorry what they say they are made for look elsewhere and save your time and gas.

We set out to make your workouts better, and engineered the SoundSport wireless headphones to be stable and comfortable, sweat and weather resistant, with amazing sound.
For the vast majority of owners, the SoundSport wireless is delivering on its promise. But a small percentage of customers -- like you -- have experienced a problem. And that's not okay. We took every headphone returned to us, went back to our labs, and got to the bottom of it.
We found that SoundSport doesn't perform like it should under specific conditions related to more extreme levels of sweat and moisture. And we now have a solution to make it work just as well for those customers, too. Going forward, every SoundSport wireless headphone will include this update, and they'll be ready by the end of August. Since you've had this issue, you're our priority. A new SoundSport wireless will be reserved for you, and sent free of charge.

I use these primarily for talking and sometimes for listening to music. I like them because the mic is not stuck in a yoke or collar bar around my neck. Talk is fantastic! Conversions are clear and unobstructed. Music is clear and crisp! When I travel and fly, they are great on a plane. The "BUT" is the 6 hour battery life. Charge time is fast and under an hour for 100% You will appreciate the "standy" function when idle. It reconnects quickly. STOP READING! GO BUY THEM NOW!
