I got these to sample for a company online.. They come in a nice box.. when you open the box up everything is packed on the right side.. the buds are in their own case, the usb jack is underneath with the carrying case & extra pair of buds which i swapped off to a smaller pair .. 1st. i charged up the buds via usb to my laptop.. and after that i downloaded the Bose Connect App to my cell. and then the app had to update itself.. It didn't take long for the buds to get charged up. 2nd I ported the buds to my LG Cell phone.. followed the instructions and got my music track turned on.. but.. i could barely hear my own music 3rd.. In my opinion, the sound quality sucks.. how do i know this? i compared this product to my own ear buds i was using daily to listen to full length music on my cell. I like my music LOUD. with the Bose buds i couldn't hear anything it was like a #3 on my cell. volume. i wasn't happy at all.. .. 4th The ear buds felt comfortable, ease of use was abit confusing but i managed to read thru the instructions with no issues, this is very durable, appearance & design is fine & comfort is okay..

After trying quite a few Bluetooth headsets I find the Bose soundsport. I instantly liked them. They linked instantly and I did not lose connection like others. They did however start getting static with sweaty workouts. I called Bose and they had me send them back and they sent me a wired pair until the new soundsport comes out in September. I was pleasantly surprised and don't even mind waiting for my new pair as they gave me the $100 pair for free to keep for my troubles. Bose customer service is top notch! I am definitely a Bose customer for life.

It has an unbelievable sound, I would like the battery is longer than it is, but it's ok, 6 hours. I love it!

I tried going with a cheaper pair, but sometimes you do get what you pay for. No bass at all. These are great. Nice full sound and fit nicely in the ears.

Haven't had the issues that were first reported when they came out. Sound is superb. Light. Easy to operate. Sounds great when talking to someone.

went from JBL to the new powerbeats and the bose is far and away better sound and much more comfortable not to mention cheaper. Very impressed.

My main purpose in purchasing this headset was to have a hands free device for talking on the phone. Listening to music was secondary since I already have 3 pr of headsets for music. My last blue tooth headset broke, so I looked for something new. I thought that Bose was a very good name, so I had confidence that the device would be good. However I was greatly disappointed. The sound quality for listening to music was great, so if that is your main purpose, then you might like them. However, the sound quality when talking on the phone was very poor. The person on the other end of the line said I sounded muffled, and the background noise was magnified. From my end of the line, I had difficulty hearing the other person. They were muffled like they were talking through a pillow or something. I had to say "what" a lot. I soon learned that the only way I could use this headset for a phone call was to find a quiet place and sit very still for the duration of the call, otherwise neither person could understand the other. This completely defeats the purpose of a hands free device. I might as well just hold the phone to my ear. So, my rating would be 5 stars for someone who only uses this device to listen to music. It gets zero stars for use as a headset for talking on the phone.

Comfortable headphones left no soreness or tinder. Good sound quality. Battery Life is decent. Good noise isolation not the best I've had.

Great headphones and worth the price. The Bose ear piece design stays put during any activity and the sound quality is second to none.
