Great ... at first

After 2 months the little clip that comes with it to clip on to the back of your shirt broke. Now 6 months later the device seems to be having some sound issues. The sound is not as great quality as it was in the beginning, and I have checked for updates and it seems to be updated. I'm hopping that I just got a bad pair because I Love bose's products.

Not for big ears

I guess my ear canal is larger than average, and even with the large size attachment, I couldn't get a snug fit. I could hear way more external noise than I can with a cheap set of wired headphones. Additionally, these headphones would not get as loud as all of my other wired headphones. Unfortunately I had to return this item.
