My only concern was that only after 2 weeks, I lost one of the ear pieces. They can easily come off so keep your eye on them. But, there were a couple extra ear pieces included with the purchase so I could replace it,,,with a smaller ear pieces though.

Other than that great headphones with good battery life.

However, we see that you are having some difficulty using them for phone calls. We may suggest, while making a phone call, moving to a quieter environment. After moving to a quieter environment, talk to see if the far end audio (the sound heard on the receiving end of the call) improves. Also, please note that mobile devices and cell networks may also perform automatic microphone adjustments to the communication microphones’ audio path, we recommend trying another mobile device and see if the far end audio improves.
