I wanted to love this product because Bose have been known to produce good, sound quality products. The first month they stayed in my ear perfectly fine, but after that while I'm running they fall out all the time. I have to stop several times in order to secure it back in my ear. They are always placed back in the case when I'm done with them. I want to return them, but I am now outside of the return window. I expected more out of Bose products. I asked the sales person at the store would I have an issue with these slipping out ear and I was assured that I would not, and almost two months later I am having this exact issue. They have disconnected a couple times while I'm working out from my device and sometimes its taken me several minutes to pair back. I'm not sure what that's about.

The sound is really good and the quality is excellent

The sound is awesome as expected for Bose but they hurt both my boyfriends and my ears so I took them back to go back to my LG's that I love. These also can't really be used for everyday personal use like my LG's because it is just a wire hanging around your neck and they like to slide down.

The sound quality is great and it also looks awesome

Keep in mind this is based off a 36 year old woman who has the ears of a child, so it will mainly apply to those who have trouble sizing earbuds to begin with... Pros: Straightforward pairing, love that there's a controller on the wire that's easy to use, nice sound, carrying case accessory. Cons: Crazy uncomfortable, bulky, a little awkward. I even tried to replace the padding with something else that would fit better for me, but because of the stupid plastic prongs that hold their rubber tip in, you can't. Irritated I tore into the package like an animal assuming they'd be perfect. Lesson learned.
