So far, I've only had one issue with a connection, but a reset fixed it. I did try to use these for conference calls, but the mic is actually too good resulting in too much background noise for the other participants. They are great for phone calls however.

I might have a def unit and getting ready to contact Bose about it. If the battery issue is a fluke then these are a great buy.

I brought them into Best Buy. I am a silver member and they treated me like a dream. No questions asked and they replaced them. Another reason why I don’t go anywhere else but Best Buy!

They could really use the extra support. This is a major design flaw.

I have had Bose headphones before and was overall pleased but these wireless needs improvements to be made.

The rubber around the ear insert didn’t last. I used them daily. I would recommend these to a friend with a word of caution. The clarity and fit were great, just last as long as I would have liked.
