The clip to keep them centered on your neck was annoying as it failed all the time. Also the battery life was not as good as some other units I have used.

I purchased mines in January and it has already lost a button, also the holder that came with it for you can hold it in place onto your shirt for you can't lose your Bluetooth got lost as well.

Only slight complaint that I have is I wish it told you how much battery % was left when you turn off the head phones like it does when you turn them on. It would be a nice reminder to charge them instead of getting to the gym and hearing 20% left.

Sound quality was good, nothing spectacular but not bad either. Did not work for me but they are basically fine earphones.

Good while it Lasts

This is a great product, stays in your ear, plenty loud but it does have 2 major shortcomings. 1, the retainer clip breaks pretty easily, so you will either have to buy another Bose brand one or go with an aftermarket one like I chose to. 2nd and the biggest one for me is the battery life. It started off great, but about a month ago I would fully charge it and use them the next day. Upon powering on the headphones it tells me I have 90% battery. If I don't use them for a day or two it drops to 60%, which is disappointing being I usually do longer runs or rucks where I would like headphones in to keep me from droning. I am about to email Bose and see if they will work with me, as I may have bought a faulty product

However, They felt like they were always falling out when I went running. I was always messing with them which messed with my exercise goals. I Returned them. I think they would work for most people, just not me.

Cycling, running, hiking or the gym. No matter how much I move or sweat they continue to keep rocking. My only reason for the 4 stars is that I wish they had a longer battery life. 6-8 hrs, 8-10 hrs would be perfect. Overall very satisfied.

Doesn't stay in your ears

It was too much trouble pushing them back in all the time. An ear hook would solvw that problem. The sound is great, but that doesn't matter if you can't enjoy it.

Short battery duration, not very comfortable.

Sound is good, fit is not that easy. Lost the clip to the shirt early on and does not bring a replacement.

Too bulky
