I got the black ones first then the Aqua which I use for cardio workouts and are easy to find due to the Aqua color. The blacks I use when I want them to be less noticeable while wearing them. I have other Bose products and I have never been disappointed.

Can't keep them in my ears and have tried all 3 sizes. I think I need a smaller size. How can I obtain a set with a smaller piece for my ears?

When I had to choose one headset for a gift, I got this one. the only advice is that they are not really strong... if you are not careful the cover for the volume or the earplug will tear off.

Most of the time they work well but when walking with arms to my sides(watch on left wrist), music breaks up. Moving watch to right wrist helps.

Not the Bose I expected

I've tried Beats, JVCs, Jaybirds and some Amazon cheapos...none of them checked all the boxes. I have a pair of noise cancelling Bose earbuds that are wonderful for traveling. I thought these would be the same. Not the case. When I opened them I was immediately surprised by the size of the ear piece. It's big and sticks way out from my ears. Still worth it if the sounds was great. I put them on and wasn't able to get good sound. The fit was comfortable, but no bass. I could have played around with different ear pieces but given the size of the headphones, I returned them and ultimately bought Apple's Airpods (which I love).

After watching the tutorial it's designed to have a part of your ear keep them from falling out and I do not have that part on my ear.

Her old pair(non Bose) started to crackle and fade in and out of bluetooth so we replaced them with these after sales person recommended them. Great recommendation and great product.

I wear them while I ride my bicycle and they handle the sweat and wind very good. They sound really good and they stay on the ear well and they are comfortable for long term wear. I highly recommended this product.

Also, the rubber parts expand and become loose, eventually the buttons beneath won’t work at all. Bose has covered them, but I’m on my fourth pair.
