I had higher expectation for these wireless ear buds. The ear buds were hard to insert into my ear and stay. The sound quality was good but I wasn’t overly impressed. The ear buds were on sale which made the purchase enticing.

We got two pair of these headphones so that we can watch one iPad on the airplane together. One set of headphones pairs with the iPad. The second set of headphones pairs with the first. All done through a very intuitive app downloaded to the iPad. Definitely recommend.

I bought these headphones with the main intent of using them during strenuous workouts; however, the maximum volume could not drown out the average background noise at the gym. Sorry, Bose. Good set up with overall easy to use app. The volume was lacking.

Sound quality is great, but the battery life is embarrassing and laughable at best. I should've read that part before purchasing , 6 hours is terrible, I have a $30 earpiece that last 3 days.

I've been a Bose product owner for over 15 years now (SoundDock, CineMate, MIE2i, SoundLink) and I've held on purchasing other wireless headphones for working out until Bose released these. Got them on 6/10/16 at Best Buy, used them the next morning for my morning 10K (paired to an Apple Watch) and at about the 25' mark the left headphone started to make an annoying and rather loud feedback/squeak, which continued even after I turned the headphones off. Went to Best Buy the next day and exchanged them. Yesterday, the second pair started to make the same noise after using them for my 4th 10K since I exchanged them and again from the left headphone, so I went to Best Buy again and exchanged them; frustrating as it is, this will be my last try with these. They are comfortable, easy to pair, but apparently not for sports as advertised - don't know why the same issue keeps happening with the same left headphone.

We noticed your review and wanted to follow-up to provide some additional information.

We set out to make your workouts better, and engineered the SoundSport wireless headphones to be stable and comfortable, sweat and weather resistant, with amazing sound.
For the vast majority of owners, the SoundSport wireless is delivering on its promise. But a small percentage of customers -- like you -- have experienced a problem. And that's not okay. We took every headphone returned to us, went back to our labs, and got to the bottom of it.

We found that SoundSport doesn't perform like it should under specific conditions related to more extreme levels of sweat and moisture. And we now have a solution to make it work just as well for those customers, too. Going forward, every SoundSport wireless headphone will include this update, and they'll be ready by the end of August. Since you've had this issue, you're our priority. A new SoundSport wireless will be reserved for you, and sent free of charge.

Please call us at 1-800-819-7032 or email us at review_support@bose.com and we’ll do the rest. Bose

I use with my iPhone and iPad pro when I watch YouTube and movies. I have used outdoors and giving 4 stars because the StarHear+ tips. I use the ones that came on it, but are a little tight on my ears. I tried the small tips, but would fall out of my ears. Need an in-between size, just me.

Sound is great when I can keep in my ears. I workout three to four days a week. After only a few min. they poop right out. have to adjust and put back in only to come out again. Tried the different ear pieces but none worked.

I like the sound quality of these headphones, but I did not care for the comfort of using them. Continuously fell from my ears and caught the back of shirt. Maybe I need a longer neck and bigger ears. : )

    * Comfort/Fit: I have always had a problem with in-ear headphones. Most of them hurt my ears either immediately or eventually. Apple's EarPods are the only headphones that I've been able to religiously use without comfort problems. These SoundSport headphones changed all of that! They fit in my ears perfectly right away and felt fantastic. They come with 3 different sized ear pieces that are really easy to remove and replace. I tried the smaller ones and felt like the headphones would fall out of my ears. The middle felt just right. I didn't try the largest one. I went to the gym every day for about 10 days with these. These are called SoundSport so I'm sure they're made to withstand sporty type activities. I didn't get to play any actual sports in them but I did plenty at the gym. Weight lifting. Kettle bells. Elliptical. Biking. Running. Every day for at least an hour and never had any issues with these headphones even feeling like they might slip out of my ears. I honestly forgot they were in by the end of most of my workouts. * Sound Quality: I'm sure the bar was set pretty low since most of my headphone experience has come from Apple EarPods, but I could definitely hear a difference right away. There was bass that never existed in my old headphones. Things sounded clear and great. I'm no super audiophile or anything (definitely wasn't listening to lossless music with them or anything), but I'm sure these are pretty top notch sounding headphones at their price point. I listened to mostly podcasts but threw on some music from time to time just to get a good feeling for how they sounded. I didn't test the microphone on a phone call or anything. * Connection: Connecting to my iPhone was painless. Instructions are included if you need them and as soon as I connected, I was prompted to download a companion app. The app's features were pretty limited but it did allow me to rename my headphones, which I thought was a nice touch. There was also a place to pair other devices but I didn't do this. I assume it's pretty simple. The power button is in a nice place to easily press while the headphones are in your ear. You are greeted with a voice that tells you your battery percentage as well as the name of the device you're connected with. This little detail was very nice to me. It reminded me about how long until I had to charge the battery and I imagine the device name is great when you have a couple devices connected to the same headphones. * Battery: After my first full charge, I was able to go 8 days at the gym before the headphones died completely. Each day at the gym was about 1-1.5 hours. So Bose's own 6 hour battery claim was even lower than what I experienced. It would probably average out if I did a more scientific test. Bottom line, the battery life was great for such a small device. The audible battery meter when turning them on helped me remember to charge them. * Storage: A small-ish, round case with a zipper kept the headphones safe when not in use. I didn't really take the case out with me (I just wore the headphones clipped to my shirt on the way to the gym) but the case was nice to keep them while they weren't being used. Nothing super special here. Just a case. * Conclusion: Overall, these are great headphones and I'll be using them at the gym every day for a long time. I really can't say much else.

I bought a pair of these but after 2 months I started having problems with a loud static sound only out of one side and trouble connecting them to phone. Only good thing is I had the protection plan if not for that I would be very upset

Definitely not a fan of these. These were BULKY when in ear. Really loved the Bose Sound True & Sound True Ultra In-Ear Headphones, BUT THE SOUNDSPORT ARE DEFINITELY DIFFERENT. We tried them after having to replace our Sound True but ended up returning them. They are not the same fit and feel as the other. I wish Bose would step up and make a slimline/low profile truly wireless in-ear headphone that would be comparable to the J-Bird Vista. That would probably be the only thing to bring me back to Bose. I need something that is compatible with PS4. These are not it.

These are great if you are mostly going to use them for listening to music! They work too well during phone calls. The person you are talking to can here a pin drop across the room from where you are. Background noise is very loud.

Bought the Bose Soundsport on sale and also included the warranty . Recommended to get the warranty that way you can exchange within the year or 2 and then buy another extended warranty and saves you more than $100 if it breaks down.

This is my second pair...unfortunately for whatever reason the fit was just all wrong the small was too small n the medium made my ears hurt The first pair I bought was better Wish the battery was longer 6 hrs isn’t long enough having to charge at lunchtime to make it thru a day of work
