I bought this hoping to connect to my laptop for VOIP calls but can't get it to connect. But it does work fine with my Android phone, has great sound and works well as a headset too. I wish the battery lasted a little longer.

A little disappointed with this purchase. The sound is excellent. Probably the best on the market, but they don't fit into my ears that well. They're also extremely bulky and after a few hours in my ears become sore.

Long time owner of several BOSE devices. This one was fine as far as fit and sound but the inline remote became defective after less than 16 months of non abusive use. The volume would go down by itself resulting in the unit locking up. Even after a reset, the unit would not power down and the remote was not responsive. Replacement offer from BOSE was not acceptable.

These are good but I think the wired version sound a little better and are more comfortable. On bike rides the wind noise is annoying, they're kind of bulky so they catch a lot of air and direct it into your ears.

These are great sounding, easy to pair and use. The only downfall is that they don’t stay in while I run, even trying the different sizes. So it’s very distracting to keep adjusting them every few seconds.

This Ear buds are excellent for working out. There is no compromise with the sound reproduction. The sound is clear and the head phones are sweat proof. If you look for quality and good work-out earphones look no further.

They are great however they are huge. I feel like an alien with these things protruding from my ears. I returned them for over the ear headphones and more aesthetically pleasing

I love Best Buy!! It is my store of choice for everything electronic (phones, cameras, TVs,etc). I've added appliances now. Great quality and even better Service. I had 3 sales staff help me yesterday. Every one of them was patient, polite and knowlegeable!

I've used wireless Motorola, Beats, and others and these are by far the best. They don't lose connection and best of all, they stay in my ear while working out. I do wish the battery life was little better, but I can deal with 2 days of use before charging.

These headphones are excellent and work great for me. I use them while running, working out, and mowing the lawn. They are sweat resistant which is great while doing these activities.

I purchased this item after owning the Beats wireless for over a year. When I first used these headphones, I felt the sound was unbelievable. They were clearly better sounding than the Beats headphones. The only downside? They could NOT stay in my ears during the workouts. I repeatedly had to keep adjusting them. I tried replacing the additional ear buds but nothing helped. If they come up with a better design, I might reconsider getting them again. Otherwise, I went back to the Beats! I wish I had an option for picking a maybe in whether I can recommend them.... I’m between a yes and a no.

It took awhile to figure out the correct placement in the ear. The "directions" were horrible and had me turning them the wrong way. lol It's also great when you turn them on it tells you the percentage of charge you still have.

I switched from the Soundsport wired headphones to these for a better gym workout and they did not disappoint. I do wish they had a longer battery life but that's the issue with all wireless headphones. Recommend these for those with active lifestyles.

I have always been a fan of Bose. These are by far the worst item I have ever owned. Although the sound is good, it lacks power. You can’t hear them if the volume is less than a 1/4 of the way and from 3/4 to 100 % is hard to select a comfortable setting. At the maximum volume they are clean and free from distortion, but not loud enough. I use them to work in my garage and when I’m running power equipment I can’t hear the music. Returning them ASAP.

I am a huge fan of Bose products for its quality. With that high expectation i purchased this item for casual use. Initially it had the amazing effect and sound quality. It has been 8 months only and suddenly the sound on right side became too low. So much was my faith and confidence in this product that i was afraid there was some problem with my right hearing capability to the extent of checking with doc!! Swear to god, I am not joking.. :( I wish Bose or Best Buy reps provide a replacement.

After purchase these broken down and would no longer function within the first few months after use. I proceeded to do all the recommended fixes that all failed. However, Bose responded quickly and replaced them. Customer service was exceptional.

overall great sound. But after 18 months, will not charge. No help from from Bose online support and quite a few posts concerning the same issue. Will attempt to return

I’ve been using these for several months. Whether running or driving, they’re great. On conference calls they pick up too much background noise if you’re not in a semi-private location. I would buy again and I do recommend often.

I have had many different types of head and earphones, both from Bose and from a variety of other brands. I have used the ones that came with my iPhone the most, but I have a great pair of Bose headphones with noise cancellation that I love to use when I travel. These are my new replacements for all of them. I was not sure how I would like what I call "earplug" style earphones, but these are every comfortable. They cancel out the noise around me very well and they also stay in place very well. The soft rubber of the earphones does not irritate or both me if I wear them for an hour or more. I have not tried using them for longer than that, but I anticipate I will have the same feeling regardless. Now for the sound quality. Like I mentioned before, I have had many different brands of ear and headphones in the past. Both Bose brand, their competition, and various others. I have always favored Bose products, as you get what you pay for. The value is learned the second you put them on your ears and push play. The highs are super crisp, and the lows are smooth as silk. They are simply a cut above the rest. These earphone feel very durable, and the connections between the ear pieces are well made. They claim to be resistant to water, but I have not tested that beyond sweating in the gym on a hamster wheel. It did stand up to sweat, but I have only had them a short time. Time will tell how they hold up, but as I mentioned before they feel like a quality product and I have no doubt they will last like my other Bose products in the past have. The charger is easy to use, and the earphones arrived with about a 75% charge to them. I do not know how long they will last on a single charge, but I am sure you can find that online. I have not tested that out yet. Connecting the earphones to my iPhone was every easy. I did not even use the instructions, but they are provided and make it easy for the novice to use and connect them. Once connected, it actually prompted me to download the Bose App to manage my earphone connection. The app itself is easy to use as well. I have not explored the app too much, but it is fairly basic and user friendly. As a bonus, Bose includes a carry case for your sporty new earphones and it is nice as well. I have never had a pair of earphones from Bose that did not come with some sort of carry case. Long story short, you cannot go wrong with these earphones. They are of a better quality than the rest, and they continue to prove that with every product I have bought from them to date. I am happy with this to say the least, and I highly recommend them to anyone.
