Only bought these cause I dropped mine at some point in my daily commute. Lacks volume and bass. Good clarity but like I said not my first choice, there are better out there.

I hate how they don’t last as long as they used to when I brought them years ago. The sound quality is great I just wished the charge lasted longer.

Good pair of headphones but I really wish they would've kept the same tech as a few years ago. These seem to have a few issues that I never encountered before with my first pair about 5/6 years ago.

As the title says, they get a little uncomfortable for me after about two hours. There's a little clip to attach to your shirt that gets lost instantly, but other than that, the audio is solid, the microphone seems to be solid and Siri integration is handy.

When you first buy them the batteries last for a long time. After 2 months won’t even charge to 100% and the battery life is cut in half. However the sound is way better then BEATS !

Of course Bose has a great sound. I wasn’t happy with the earbuds. No matter what I did small, medium etc the slide piece was not good. The outside section of the earbuds seemed awkward.

I’ve always been a fan of Bose headphones, I chose these over the purely wireless ones and I’m glad I did. But the Bluetooth is choppy every so often and the battery life is pretty bad, but I still like them for my every day pair.

Sounds great, if you are into deep bass via hip hop music then it doesn’t sound the best for this type of music. They also need to come up with a better way for them to stay in your ear

I speak a lot on the phone and couldn't live without my large library of eclectic music. And these by far have been the only headphones that have met my critical expectations when it comes to phone talk quality and music as well. Bravo Bose!!!

I really enjoy these, the only thing is they will pair with my phone without me actively doing it. This will grain the battery, but I don’t know if it’s a setting I have that I unknowingly set, so could be user error

Purchased for my mother, because she had seen mine, I ranted and raved about them and surprised her for a birthday. She absolutely loves them and they were easy for her to utilize.

Been a year since I used .. used it for gym, browsing and listening to music.. the clip that holds the wire to the clothing broke .. I need to get a new one since without that when I run it might dislodge the ear plug

I love these earbuds recommended to me by a Best Buy employee. I had no idea what to buy and these are a bit pricey but easy to operate and change settings while wearing.

3 stars for have good sound, when I'm holding them to my ear. Yet again, if you don't have the specific ear shape for Bose in ears, you don't get to enjoy the product of millions of dollars in research.

These are great! I only gave a 4 stars because my ears are small and I have trouble getting them to fit right. Even with the smallest pieces. They work great for what I need so I will make them work.

I have had this product since June 2017, and I use it everyday. I would recommend this product to anyone who is thinking about buying a good Bluetooth headphone. I have always thought Bose was the best equipment to buy in my book.

Bought these headphones for my younger brother who likes them a lot although he has a bit of difficulty in making sure that the headphones stay in his ears. He wished the 'hooks for the ears' are better made so that the headphones can stay on more securely.

I own this and bose qc 25. Qc25 is best to use on train and other noisy places. But it gives headaches during long use. Soundsport I use for work related calls whole day without headache

The sound is great. The battery just does not last long enough. Three 1-hour phone calls and it is dead. Sadly because it's wireless it is useless until you can get it charged up. But the sound is great.

I wear them everywhere. Not the greatest when things are super noisy but great for most settings. With covid, nice that I can wipe them down when I come home.
