Great for sports - running, cross training, yoga. However for conference calls it amplifies to the receiver too much noise, so I use my other Bose wire sets for meetings.

This product works well and connects to devices easily. I have had many problems. Make sure you purchase Geek Squad. I’ve had to replace 3 times. I would not recommend Geek Squad normally but It is necessary with this device because it does not last long. Geek squad for an item that you can walk in and hand them an item and they hand you a new one is fine. Other than that Geek squad is terrible. Very unprofessional customer service when dealing with Geek squad directly.

This is my second pair of these headphones. I really like them But, after a month they are dead. I was using them at the gym. I like that I charge them once a week. This particular end of the week, it said battery was low and to charge them. I plugged them into my computer to charge. The light was on that said they were charging. After they were charged, I turned them on to use and it was dead. I think if you are going to spend 140 on these they should last longer than 2 months or less

I love Bose products! These earbuds have that great Bose sound but are just too bulky in the ears. Unfortunately I will be returning this purchase.

Sound is great as you would expect from Bose. However I have moved onto other headphones. This is due to one glaring flaw. They take too long to charge.

My son got these for his birthday last March. He wears them every second of the day possible. The button broke and Bose sent me a new set, no questions asked. I just had to send the old ones back first.

These Bose headphones have worked out great for me, used on business phone and web calls as well as for streaming. Easy to pair with all my devices, couldn't be happier with their performance.

Only critisism I have so far is the clasp that locks headphone to clothing comes off very easily. Almost lost it a few times. Otherwise great running headphones. Oh and note NOT noise canceling so in car wind will be heard

Didn't know what to get with all the options. Best Buy associate had intimate knowledge of the products and base on my requirements made a recommendation that meets them all. This is why I go to a store and not online.

I really liked of this wireless headphones but I've found similar options with less of 50% of their price. I love Bose's products but I think this item specifically is a little bit pricey. Despite this it's a good headphone and I'll keep it.

Please do not by these until theu restock with the Updated model. I have to replace to sets of these with a couple of daysdue to sweat getting inside, which cauaed them to stop working. Bose is Now aware of plan on re-Releasing thaes at the end of August that will correct this problem. So wait until then because these Really are great fitting & Sounding headsets.

I was told these get loud. Not wanting to drive back and forth to Best Buy and back I decided to buy both the bose soundsport wireless and Powerbeats 3. After testing both out and working out at the gym. This is my view. The Bose is decent if you have good hearing and small ears. It kept falling out of my ear and getting stuck to my sweaty neck. The Powerbeats 3 was louder and better fit. I don't like the flat sound of the beats but they're better for a pick me up. I will stick with Powerbeats 3 sadly. I was disappointed with Bose on these.

These are specific for iPhones. I have an Android device, Samsung, and it didn't exactly work with it so I gave them to my wife who has an iPhone and she loves me more now than she did before

Sound quality was good. Buttons were hard to push. Was not comfortable wearing for extended periods of time. Wasn't a good choice for the office, maybe better suited for the gym.

These didnt hold up. All in all the sound was good, but not if you use all the time

The battery life on these just isn’t that good for the price and size of the ear units. The volume is capped too low, most people could turn the volume all the way up.

Easy to connect with, downside don’t leave these in cold areas charging or in a car over night product will get battery issues. But with warranty easy to replace.

Great for sports and mobility, but a little heavy. I found the sound not to be as good as the wired version of in-ear headphones. Would recommend for someone into sports that do nor care much for sound but mobility

I liked these. They sound great but they were to big and heavy to stay in my ear for working out. Worked great for driving and talking in the phone but I use them more for working out.

love them but after a year they stop charging or the port is damaged. Sound quality sucked because they allowed the listener to hear EVERYTHING in your background.
