After read the reviews I found out that few bose have this problem and I went to the store for replacement and the battery works fine. I just wish that earpice was smaller.

Good for working out

If you have smaller ears they might not fit too well even with the smaller ear piece.

Crisp clear sound

We're sorry to hear of the issues you've had with power/connection, along with the clip here, and would love the opportunity to make this right for you!
With regards to the connection/power issues you've had in this instance, we would advise that if the headphones automatically shut-off if there have been 20 minutes of inactivity. This setting can be disabled, or set to shorter/longer periods of time within the settings on the Bose Connect app!
If this does not resolve the issue, then we would recommend clearing the Bluetooth list of the headphones by holding the "Power/Bluetooth" button for 10 seconds until you hear “Bluetooth device list cleared.” After this, please reconnect the product again.
If you are still having issues with this, and/or would like to get a replacement clip for this, please reach out to Bose Support in your country/region so we can assist you further.
