Bose is always a great product. but in all honesty we checked out a few other brands and did some homework before purchasing. We really liked the bass quality and clarity of BOSE

This work well in a quiet environment. I didn’t like the clip that came w it (clips to clothing so you don’t lose them). Not loud enough for my taste.

Good sounding comfortable headphones. But With no noise cancellation have to turn up volume to uncomfortable levels to drown away outside noises.

I returned for various reasons, the LG Platinum for these and they are not too bad but I little pricey for what you get. They just take a little getting used to when going from an around the neck wireless earbud system

Throughout the years, I've been a big fan of Bose in-ear headphones, because of their patented earbuds, which "hook" into your outer ear lobe so that they don't fall out.

Second pair I’ve owned. The first pair I owned for 3 years, and one day they would no longer charge or turn on. Bought a second pair 7/29/20 and they did the EXACT same thing as my previous repair. They would no longer charge and once died, would not come back on. Called Bose directly (because this was the 1 item i didn’t purchase geek squad protection on) and Bose the internal battery to the headphones were bad. Ended up finding a lot of this same issue in forums online. At some point - Bose has replaced the internal battery used for this product In prior models to a subpar/substandand quality now. The battery that last me three years before hung on for 2 months this time. The gentleman on the phone said “it could very well be the manner in which Best Buy handled the product.” HARD PASS. I shot that excuse down quick. Never had issues over in earbud headphones because of how Best Buy handled the box. These weren’t open boxed items or smashed in. Perfect new box that didn’t look like it had been through any distress. The sound in these is fantastic. I will give them that. Just which the internal battery didn’t go bad after 2 months of uses and charging.

In one sentence - it is not sweat-proof at all. I bought it this Thanksgiving (Nov 22, 2018). It started off well. It fits nicely in ears, the sound is very good. I was very happy using it until I took it to the gym for the very first time. I had made sure it was 100% charged. As you run, the weight of volume buttons makes the headphone on the right side a little unstable. So it needed to be readjusted a few times while running. After about 30 minutes I could hear some cracking noise. I thought it could be the network speed issue with my phone but suddenly it went off. I put it on charger but no response. Next day, I go to Bestbuy, get it exchanged. I barely used the new pair for next few days. On Dec 1, 2018, I put it on the first time as I started my half-marathon session in Memphis. It was 100% charged. The exact same issue happened this time also. Within less than an hour, I started hearing some cracking noise intermittently and then it went off. I finished my run, and plugged the charger in but no response at all. I took it to Bestbuy again and got it exchanged with a new pair. I’ve not used the third pair during my workout session yet. I have the return deadline in mind. I’ll make sure I use it during my next intensive training session. If it stops working this time, I’ll go back to Bestbuy one last time to return it and get my money back.

I will definitely recommend this product to my friends. I am absolutely happy with this brand. I owned several Bose products, I love this one. I like the fact I can buy the extra warranty from Best Buy.

Purchased four pairs of these for Christmas gifts and one pair for myself. We travel quite a bit and each of us enjoy listening to our own genre of music. Makes traveling with other tolerable!

I got these because I thought they would be comfortable to wear. They were almost painful, but at least they charge good and have great sound quality.

Had another pair of these that I had to replace because lost sound in left earpiece. They lasted 5+ years and I used them alot so I bought another pair

what I can i say.. its Bose! great sound but i needed them for the gym. the bulky ear insert was a drawback for me although they did stay in.

I purchased the Bluetooth headset for running but I was pleasantly surprised with the mic quality. It was so good I was able to use it for work conference calls too!

These are pretty pricey and they don't have great noise cancelling capability. I wish they were a bit more comfy in my ear, but ultimately they're decent in the scheme of things.

So far so good. They found great and call quality is awesome considering i use it outdoors in all kinds of conditions and people say they can hear me perfectly. Good range and good connection.

This is my 2nd pair... I had the 1st pair for over a year before they were stolen at the gym.... I had a pair of beats had issues with the battery.

I am a Best Buy customer in the era of Amazon. I like to see products physically and good return policy in case. Great customer service.

Excellent sound quality. Had to return it as left ear bud won't stay put. Definitely can't use during cardio workouts.

I loved the sound of theses, but had to return them because they were so big they hurt my ears. I couldn't wear them for any length of time without pain to my ears.87
