The build quality of these headphones are not up to the standard that people expect from Bose. I’ve gone through three pairs of these headphones. One wouldn’t last more than 30 minutes, one pair had a faulty left earbud, and another had a bad control switch. Initially Bose responded very well when I filed RMAs, but subsequent returns have taken increasingly longer. I’ve been waiting for my latest return for nearly a month. When they do work, they sound great.

Good buy and they work very well but they're not the same design as the first ones that I owed a few years back. These do tend to drop from the wifi way too easy

I purchased these wireless Bose headphones for working out but i found that i can use these for my commute to school and work. Very easy to setup and there's also an app that you can connect the headphones to!

I switched from my Jams Mini Buds because they were finally going out from so much use. I saw so many good reviews that I decided to drop the money on these puppies and spoil myself. They're average, I was expecting more from Bose and for the $190+ I paid for these. Honestly, the quality of build and audio isn't much different than the $30 earbuds I had. I expected more from this brand. The battery life is SO much shorter than my cheaper buds, it's kind of annoying. I regret the purchase, but they get the job done, I guess. I can tell you now, I'll be pretty mad if these don't last for at least 2 years.

Very good product, just not loud enough, one ear bud doesn't fit snug enough, Customer service support have no solutions for alternate bud, just an apology.

Live the product. Just that a few initial pieces had manufacturing issues with the volume flap opening up. But Bose did a good job by replacing the product with a brand new one.

I wanted to gift my friend who is looking for a earbuds. This one i found for a good deal and gifted my friend. He really liked it very much.

After reading many different reviews on a couple different headphones I felt that these best suited my needs. They're a comfortable fit, and battery life is good.

Sound was good (Bose of course). None of the earbuds fit my ear so it wouldn’t stay in. It’s a problem I have with most earbuds so can’t really blame bose.

I love Bose product for there sound quality but these just don't fit comfortably in my ears - with either sized ear pieces. I am going to get the air pods instead.

Got the Bose for my B'Day last month & have to say they got a bass response that is better that some ova-do-ear phones. Midrange & Treble balanced on the spot. My best gift, luv my Bose.

I had some J birds that lasted 3 years. I bought these Bose. They had a little more bass, but other than that. I’m not that impressed.

I have enjoyed these headphones. The battery life could be better. The software you are required to download is buggy and not sure if you actually need it. Connecting two devices at a time can also cause problems.

I loved the sound, but every time I tried to take a phone call, there were crackling noises in the background and the person on the other end couldn't hear me well.

I bought these because of the ratings on the bass output. I'm amazed at how much bass these put out. Very pleased. I'm a bike rider and would have given them 5 starts but they aren't real snug in my ear.

You get the same quality sound as you do with all Bose products . Ear buds are quite bulky but not completely uncomfortable .

the battery life is not the best. the quick charge helps but they should have at least 10hrs on a single charge. the call quality is a 3 out of 5. It spund muffed compare to the beats power 3.

Sounds are excellent and the outside noise is very low. Being wireless helps, the only con I can think of is that it's a little bigger than what I wanted. Just my preference. Overall it's a good buy.

i bought this on a whim. My husband insisted its one of the best and I really needed one. How right he was? I cant live without them. They are a must.

I have had a few different bluetooth headphones over the past few years and none of them delivered the sound quality and comfort of these, however they basically stopped working after only 4 months of use and just as I am getting to marathon season when I really need them for my training runs. I cant explain it, they worked and then all of a sudden would not turn on or charge, just dead.
