I've been using these for over a month now and I couldn't be happier. I look forward to working out even more, as my phone can just sit nearby.

My experience at Best Buy is always very welcoming and the staff are always there to answer my questions within 20 minutes of walking into the store.

Product works great but disappointed that right ear bud falls out as I run. The wired version I never had issues, I suspect it is the weight of the bud being more.

Although I decided to return these for the Jaybirds, these are a very nice pair of buds. I prefer more sound isolation which these do not offer.

Bose is always credited to being sector leader in quality. This is no different, but fails to say much about the sector

I didn't know much about ear buds but I knew that Bose makes great products. These made a good gift for my wife. She loves them. And now I want a pair.

Hard to give an accurate review. Ear buds do not fit good for me so really hard to judge sound. Needs to be a way to try them before you buy.

These are great headphones. The only drawback is the battery not lasting a long time, but that's probably more my fault for not remembering to charge it.

This product has an excellent audio but not so good microphone... if you want to use it with your phone I will think twice before buying this product for that purpose

They're nice for the sound but the battery life is awful. Doesn't last through 2 workouts. My husband was very displeased

They are pretty good. They do fall out during an aggressive workout and the ear gets a little sweaty. Only run with them in a few times and so far so good.

Packaging is very secure so if you get them shipped to you no fear, they are well protected. Out of the box I didn't read the directions, I do this to judge how difficult they are to use. Pushed the button to pair and I was all set. They are pretty self explanatory. They paired flawlessly with my G6 and sound overall is pretty good. At the suggestion of the manual I downloaded the Bose connect app only to find out it is not compatible with the Soundsport Wireless ear buds?? Why Bose would suggest their app and it not be compatible is beyond me. The fit is good, I used the medium ear frames, it also comes with small and large. It takes a couple of times to figure out the best way to get them in, they fit snuggly in your ear canal. I would recommend trying each size for a minute to see which is the most comfortable. The first couple times I wore them for more than 10 minutes they were a little annoying but each time I wore them it goes away so be persistent, I think your ears just need to adapt to the feeling. The bass of some songs seemed shallow but others sounded fine. I played with the tone options on my G6 and made some changes that seemed to improve sound quality a bit. I must admit I have some wired ear buds that rival the sound quality of these but the wireless feature is worth a slight reduction in overall sound quality. I did some yard work, took a bike ride and worked up a sweat, they stayed in place and the controls worked throughout. I ran on the treadmill and with the clip attached to the back of my collar they stayed in place perfectly. Overall I would recommend these but if you are looking solely for sound quality make sure you do some comparison shopping. I don't own any other wireless earbuds so I have nothing to compare them to.

We returned this item because my husband could not get them to stay in his ears. But they had great sound.

Great sale on the Bose earbuds; hope the battery holds a charge longer than the last set from Bose

Bose are the best there say but not for working out. This was my 3 one. SMH

Great quality earphones, Bluetooth connectivity is good with the phone and very easy to pairing with any device.

absolutely love them. I don't usually do reviews, but I'm probably going to be a lifelong Bose customer after using these headphones.

Love these things. And Bose stands behind their products and gives another year when doing a warranty exchange.

Great for workout and calls in quiet places mostly. They are not noise canceling so noisy spaces can be tough for callers sensitive to background noise/sounds.
