Second pair, first pair got stolen at gym and I can see why. Great blue tooth connection and love the app with software updates for the hardware.

My son has the same ones and he has been very happy. At one point he had problems and Bose replaced them free of charge.

So I've had them for about 6 weeks. I do you use them everyday for at least 6hrs or so. They started off great I loved them. After a few weeks of using (and of course outside Best Buy return policy) they started acting up. Sound would fade in and out. The ear plugs whatever you want to call them seemed like they had wear and tear like I had them for 6mos it would fall out of my ear easily. I tried to at least exchange them at Best Buy but of course no and had to call Bose. I contacted Bose and without hesitation they are replacing them. It's gonna take some time. Bose didn't tell me this but after doing some more research it seems that people have been having issues with them and Bose is in the process of redesigning them and they expect the new ones to be ready at the end of August. So I would recommend waiting until the redesigned ones come out. Overall I'm extremely happy with Bose and their customer service. I always say you get what you pay for and for the most part I only buy Bose and Apple products. Both companies stand behind their products and seem to make sure that the customer is happy.

Love how you can download the app and adjust the bass and everything on the earbuds. I love how it connects super fast Bluetooth to your phone.

As someone who buys headphones like water, I loves these headphones. I can easily recommend these for Bose and Bluetooth headphone lovers. A must buy.

Everything is perfect with this headset. The only thing you have to keep in mind is the battery, which is not lasting that long.

Very good volume. I use them when driving to talk to people. I have not heard a complaint yet about being difficult to understand or hard to hear.

I use these on my runs and they've been great! Sweat is not an issue so far.

Way overpriced. Balky( heavy), nothing special about the sound quality( except bass is great). No noise canceling

Sound quality is awesome. But paying $149.00 the battery life should be at least 12 hours. I only get 6 if I'm lucky.

So the sound is great....high quality! I use these for cycling, gym and running. They are great for the gym and cycling but do not work at all for running. The problem is they do not stay in my ears and bounds out within about the first 5-10 steps. I have used all of the different ear attachments and same problem. I had to buy a different product for running.

This is one of the best I ever have and I been through a few other ones that I really don't too mention their brand name that's how MAD I'm..

Well of course I had to get the wife a pair once she tied mine. Fortunately, still on sale!

I love Bose products but these ear pieces need a better fit. They feel like they are ready to fall out even with the StayHear ear piece. The buds will fall out if you engage in vigorous activity. These are not noise cancelling and the buds don't go all the way in your ear to block out the ambient noise. I tried all three sizes for the StayHear piece and they just don't stay in your ear.

For normal everyday use these work perfect. For running they do not stay in my ears very well. Tried all the different sizes of ear pieces but none seem to work.

I have a couple of pairs of these and use them for work and exercise with these. Definitely would recommend.

The problem we had with these were the reliable way to hook-up to our TV audio Blue Tooth Transmitter.
