I am thrilled to hear you enjoy the simplicity and sound quality of the product. I am sorry, however, to hear they fall out of your ear. One of the key things about Bose headphones that I noticed when I first personally tried them, was how the 'shark fin' of the StayHear tip was designed in such a manner that it helped the product stay in my ear at all times. I had always had issues with other brands of earphones falling out, but not with Bose. The key thing to take away from this though, is you need to make sure that you are using the correct size tips.
There are three sizes of tip included in the box with the headphones ranging from small, medium and large. You should try the different sizes to see if this helps you in any way. Another thing to note is that your ears are not necessarily identical, so you may need to use a medium size in one ear, and a small in the other. Give it a try and see for yourself.

After purchasing them and using them I am really disappointed. First the ear pillows are a huge disappointment. I need to use the large size to keep them hooked into my ear cartilage. the pillows will not fit my ears and due to the weight of the buds I cannot keep them in my ears. I ordered some of the older style pillows which fit better but again I can't keep them in.

The correct fit of these buds is important to ensure that the buds stay in. Did you know the earbuds have three different sized eartips? I would recommend giving all the sizes a try. This will help get a more secure and comfortable fit.

Posted .Hello, I am so glad that you love the clarity of sound from your headphones. At normal listening volumes, you should be getting 6 hours per full charge. You may get less when listening at maximum volume. If you feel it may be something else, the steps here https://bose.life/2QeRL7j will defiantly help.
