- When pairing/connecting the device, the A2DP Stereo Audio needs to be active to assure high-quality audio is sent to the headset. If the signal is sent to the headset using the Headset Profile (HSP) or Hands-Free Profile (HFP), sound quality will be low and/or poor
- Connect another audio source using the same connections. If this solves the problem, the original device may be causing the problem. Contact the manufacturer of that device.

Wish they fit better in ear but my main disappointment comes from the instances that they turn off quickly from what appears to be over heating. If I'm working out too long or go in a suana for 3 minutes they turn off. Not what I would expect from wireless headphones that have "sport" in the name. If I had known this I probably would have made another choice.

I ride a motorcycle and I don't want to hear anything but my music. Well bought them and as soon as I reached 30 miles an hour all I heard was wind coming in and was disappointed tried readjusting them, different ear tips to no avail. Hence they were returned and for an even swap I got sonys which included noice cancellation and was and an still satisfied.
