To ensure the most secure and comfortable fit, we would recommend trying all three sizes of the included StayHear+ Sports eartips. Some users have benefited from trying a different size in each ear. Just wasn't for me

Maybe I simply wasn't turning them correctly? Since I couldn't place them properly on my ears, I can't comment on the sound quality. I ended up returning them because they were a pain for me to try to get them to stay put. And since I'm usually juggling a few things at once, I needed something easy peasy.

Sensitive mic & bulky

I really needed a wireless earbuds because I'm on the phone often & doing various tasks, so carrying or being attached isn't feasible. The intent was to use these for primarily calls & the mic was so highly sensitive that two people with in an hour span both told me they had to get off the phone because whatever I was doing they could hear or that it was amplified. I could barely do anything & both said it was so noisy they were getting headaches & had to get off the phone. Sending back for that reason. They are a bit bulky too, I sometimes like to sleep with headphones listening to sleep sounds & could not do that with these. These are only good for listening to music only.
