I use them to exercise, answer calls and listen to music and now after less then a year of use, my volume control cover came off, the Bose symbol and cover around the on/off switch is loose and coming off now. This is my 1st Bose headset and I love the sound but these are not built to last for the cost.

By October my second set stopped working- same problem. Waiting on my next replacement. Bose knows they have a design problem. But sending the earphones back and waiting on the replacement is a hassle, especially given what I paid. Have always loved Bose products but now I'll think twice!
