Good, but there is something wrong

I've always been a fan of Bose ear buds and wanted to try bluetooth. First and foremost, they have the Bose sound quality that you expect. The problem is between 1-3 week of use static appears in the left earbud. The static occurs even when the buds are shut off. I spoke with Bose and they're so new, they have no resolution other than ship another pair. I thought I was the only one, but this is also documented by others on YouTube: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Ub_EDM3r8VY I do love them, but after my 3rd pair, I'll try another brand if these fail.
