In regards to the battery, please note that the battery may deplete quicker when listening to audio at a higher volume. We advise updating the firmware using our online updater https://bose.life/2LYNuy8.

Neck cord is very short with no option to extend making them even more uncomfortable. Earbuds felt like I had 2 granny Smith apples shoved in my ear. Too big and very uncomfortable. Returned them after a few days of desperately trying to give them a chance.

The sound was ok but because of the shape and style, for me they didn't work well. I couldn't get that full Bose sound and quality that their know to provide. I tried a few different truly wireless headsets and I believe it's just not my thing.
