Great audio but broke after a month

But after around a month, the left earbud would not receive any audio. THe hard reset that was advised on Bose's website only worked temporarily and now, I no longer receive audio in the left earbud

For maximum results from the headphones we would suggest ensuring the headphones firmware is up to date. We would also recommend performing a product reset on the headphones.
