It performed well for a while, but I constantly received complaints for the people I was on calls with that the background noise was far too loud. Meaning the birds around me, the radio in my car, even the ambient noise around me distracted from their ability to carry on a normal conversation. This needs to be addressed. My biggest issue, besides all of this is the build quality. Less than a year after my purchase, the left ear-bud produces considerably less sound than the right. The rubber dust cover at the volume control module is coming off. The plastic cover where the wire is connected to the left ear-bud has become dislodged, as well. Not exactly what I would have expected from Bose...
