It takes FOREVER to charge (on a regular 5 volt charger overnight it may charge up to 70%). The clip never stays clipped to my shirt. For $150, I expect better from Bose.

Owned for 4 months when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I have been using this for last 3 months and tested with different ear plugs that I got with the purchase. However, these headphone do not fit for my ear. These just slips from my ear after few minutes of my workout. Though the sound quality is moderate, Every person ear share/size is different and these Bose® - SoundSport® Wireless In-Ear Headphones are NOT for me. I got these after reading positive reviews and totally disappointment.

Pure Bliss For My Ears

These headphones are amazing. Music and calls sound much better with unbelievable clarity. I can actually hear parts of songs that I never knew existed (not to mention lyrics I thought I knew, LOL!!!). Included in the package was 3 different size cushions for the in-ear (small, medium, and large) for the perfect fit, charging cable, and a Bose clip pouch to keep everything in. They are very comfortable while wearing them and they did not fall out. Bluetooth set-up was easy with the BoseConnect companion app. I love these headphone and will recommend them to anyone. Especially those that like to workout at the gym or going for a run. Being able to move freely and focus on the workout without wires and cords getting twisted, tangled, or caught up while exercising is amazing.

Not what I expected from Bose

Bose Quality trumps cost

I probably would with something pricier, but the cost difference ($20) with others wasn't enough to get me to switch brands. Still more than i wanted to pay.

Sound is good, setup easy, but the fit is not great. Maybe it's my ears, but for me they are not comfortable. Wish I tried them before I bought them.

They keep falling out when I'm running and that's the whole purpose I bought them. I changed the size of the ears buds and still the same thing. Not happy at all.

Second set had static during use, finally stopped then would not turn back on. I love the product but i think it needs work. I'm using my third and last try. Bose has disappointed me with this.

We set out to make your workouts better, and engineered the SoundSport wireless headphones to be stable and comfortable, sweat and weather resistant, with amazing sound.
For the vast majority of owners, the SoundSport wireless is delivering on its promise. But a small percentage of customers -- like you -- have experienced a problem. And that's not okay. We took every headphone returned to us, went back to our labs, and got to the bottom of it.
We found that SoundSport doesn't perform like it should under specific conditions related to more extreme levels of sweat and moisture. And we now have a solution to make it work just as well for those customers, too. Going forward, every SoundSport wireless headphone will include this update, and they'll be ready by the end of August. Since you've had this issue, you're our priority. A new SoundSport wireless will be reserved for you, and sent free of charge.
