Primarily wanted to use this for handsfree phone calls. Wasn't functional for that purpose, kept sliding off my neck. Maybe great for doing workouts, but not as a handsfree phone device.

I love the sound and all that they do however, they only have 3 sizes for the earpiece. If you have tiny ears such as mine, the ear buds will fall out. I wish they had smaller ear pieces.

Earbuds worked great for the first few months or so. I didn't use them for about 6 months and suddenly they don't seem to hold their charge for very long even though they charged overnight.

Bought for my son last Christmas... Bose has a great reputation, however, my son has had to contact the company a few times due to issues with his headphones... the sound wasn't right... I was definitely disappointed with this purchase...

These are great for the first few months. After some time , the buttons move around making different to skip a song. Rubber breaks off as well. Sound quality is decent

Bulky to a point that I felt it would continue to fall out of my ears. As a result, the nouse cancellation wasn't a great success. The size also put a lot of pressure on my ears.

Even with the smaller additional ear piece, after about two miles of running they would begin to slip out of my ear. I bought these hoping they would resolve that issue since I am a female with small ears. However, likely won't be an issue for others though.

The audio quality is definitely pretty good, but it's so heavy and bulky. It doesn't stay in my ears during workouts either. Wish I would've purchased another product.

I want to start saying... This are the best running headphones I've ever used. I have tried a whole bunch of cheap headphones cuz people always says they are all good and they will work, well that's not the case. I have also use a couple of not too cheap wired headphones and the results was always the same. Fighting with them the whole run. So I decided to give this a try and boy... I have to tell you this headphones are amazing. I can't say the are the best out there cuz I haven't tried all of them, but this are by far the best I have used. They are so comfortable you won't even notice them, they don't move no matter how much you sweet or move. I was sceptical since they look bulky, but they weight nothing, you just put them up and fix them so you feel comfortable and you go to run and the only way you know you have them on is the music which is what you expect from Bose. If you want noice cancelling which this headphones aren't, you can just get the noice cancelling tips and replace them.

It was Xmas gift and I'm enjoying them. Thx Bose!!

They have great sound quality but they break very easily. Haven’t even had this pair for six months and they fell on the ground and now they won’t turn on

I've loved these headphones since I got them, until now. Originally, I bought them to replace my powerbeats3 that stopped working due to sweat during a workout even though they were supposed to be made for being active. The soundsports have worked great until recently, My left earphone has lost a lot of sound where its barely noticeable through that ear regardless of volume. As you can imagine, this is very annoying since it makes you feel like you're having hearing problems throughout your whole workout. I've tried to reboot the headphones following steps I've found on Bose forums for other people who've had similar issues, nothing worked. May look into trying Jaybirds next ...

On the Best Buy website it lists these as having active noise cancellation, but they do not. They are fine headphones otherwise, although the added bulk at the ears makes them a bit awkward to put in and wear.

Long time fan of Bose products. Replaced my wired Bose set with the wireless sports set. Really excited to use these for long runs! First pair would not hold a charge after one week. Second pair would not power on after a few weeks. Really disappointed since the sound quality is great that they do not work for more than week or two. Read that they are aware of this problem and will come out with a fix at the end of August. Guess that just means too bad for the loyal customers that purchased before the issue could be corrected. A lot of money for a disposable product!

good one to use it for gym and outdoor activities.

These are hands down the best headphones I've ever used! The sound quality is amazing, they are extreamly comfortable to wear, and they are very durable. I love how perfectly the ear pieces fit and are able to stay put in my ears, even when I'm very active. These are lightweight and move around easily, so they are great for when I'm working out, playing sports, or going for a run! The battery life is great, I'm able to use them for days without having to charge them. I have already reccomend these to my friends and family and would highly recommend them to anyone that asks!
