    Jace and Austin were awesome with helping me find a product that worked for me . They were very professional and went over and above to help me out with my questions at Best Buy. Best Buy needs to find more guys like these two. They were the best !!!

    Absolutely terrible, automatically lowers volume, would disconnect frequently, would often just turn on and connect when not even on my person or being touched. Wouldn’t hold charge/would tell me it’s charged 100% and then die immediately after leaving the house. Couldn’t believe it’s a Bose product honestly, I’ve come to expect nothing but quality from them and these are just awful. Hopefully a different model from them is better

    I bought a pair of these Bose sound sport headphones back in October. After reading the mix reviews I've decided to give them a chance. The sound is amazing with good bass and ok noise cancellation. They worked great when running outside or just being in the gym. After three months they stopped working so I exchanged them with another pair on 06/17. Two months later and the second pair has also died on me. Very disappointed but glad they where still covered under the manufacture warranty. I exchanged them for the Jabra Freedom so we'll see how that pair turns out.

    These sound good. But they do not block any of the outside sounds. I was working out with 2 people talking next to me and I could hear their entire conversation with the volume all the way up.

    As of this review, it is August 29, 2019, and I purchased these on May 18th, 2019. A few days ago, it would not turn on despite it having a full charge. I would have to plug it back in, wiggle the charger around until the charging light came back on, unplug it, and then hope it turns on. Sometimes it turns back on, but it dies halfway through announcing the battery life (battery life was always between 70 and 100 percent). Only reason it is not a 1 star is that the sound quality is good when it works.

    I would not purchase this product until Bose solves the microphone issue. There is a tread on Bose's website about the background noise being disruptive. People I'm having a conversation with complain about being able to here ambient nosiness way too loud to the point they are hanging up on me.     For how much this costs i was surprised at how cheap the clip to hold the wire was i have had Bose before and i expect better quality and the ear piece was not as comfortable as it should be and the battery life is way to short will return

    When Best Buy promises the product will be delivered on Friday but it doesn’t show up — and with notice or apologies — until Saturday, it’s hard to give this a good rating.

    I got these headphones and they worked great the first two trips I made to the gym, but after that they started having problems. On my third trip to the gym, I noticed a little static noise coming from the left side. I remembered reading about it with some other reviewers, but I didn’t think it was that bad, so I just figured it was something I could deal with. Little did I know that would be the last time they worked. The next day when I tried using them they wouldn’t turn on at all. At first I thought maybe I left them on and they were dead, but when I tried charging them several times with different cords and plugs, they never were able to play anything. The little charging light would come on when they were plugged in, but whenever I tried to take them off the charger and use them, nothing would happen. I think the most disappointing part about all of this was poor customer support I received from Bose. My wife had purchased these and mailed them to me since I was deployed to Iraq, so I couldn’t just return them to the store. I tried emailing Bose through their customer support website and was told they would get back to me within 72 hours. After a week of waiting for a response, they finally got back to me asking for some more information (which I had already provided in the first email), and promising to get back to me ASAP. That was the last I heard from the customer support, and that was over two months ago. I own several Bose products and think they manufacture some of the best sound equipment in the world, but I really think they need to take a look at what is going on with these particular headphones. I have already purchased a new pair of Beats wireless and will definitely be sticking with those until Bose can get their problems figured out.

    Sound is average. These earplugs are terrible for talking on cellphones! Especially in the streets of New York! People say they can't here me! Yes, the exclamations marks are me shouting! Lol!

    This is the second pair in two years i have purchased. They sound great but do not seem to last more than a year or so. I use these pretty heavily.

    I had high expectations for these head phones, but was very disappointed because the volume doesn't get very loud, and they are not very comfortable. also, they tend to get loose with movement.

    I'm a loyal Bose customer and was really looking forward to going wireless. The earbuds are too heavy for the minimal support provided to remain in ear. Additionally, the charge rate is only 6 hours. I always have to recharge during my work day.

    My 13 yr old loves these but once the apple air pods came out, these went away. Also went thru 2 sets of these...the wire at end became worn out easily.

    Thought the Bose SoundSport would really rock, they don't get loud enough compared to wired buds and they are a little heavy. I have not yet ran with them yet so I can't comment on that just yet, but so far they do feel comfortable.

    Ok but bulky

    Sound is ok, but the headphones are bulky and really don't fit in my ear that well. Ok for the gym but if you're a runner or doing high impact excerciseI feel like these may fall out even with the rubber ear piece.

    I was disappointed that the normal ear tips hurt my ear. The sound and connection was great. But I couldn’t find a size of eartips that were comfortable.

    They have a great sound but they don’t hold a charge very long after 6 months and after they are about a year old they stop holding a charge Always buy the warranty

    Great sound quality but after six months they stopped holding a charge past 30%. No matter how long I leave them charging, they just don't get past 30%. Bummer.
