    Quit working after 20 days

    This is my second pair of these headphones and the first ones were amazing this pair stopped working after only 29 days. Best Buy customer service told me they couldn’t help me and I needed to contact Bose directly.

    The quality of this Bose bluetooth headset was disappointing. I called my wife immediately after my purchase and she stated that I was breaking up and sounded unclear. Also she sounded like she was in a tunnel on my end. I've had one of the Bose older model bluetooths and the sound quality was great but the battery life was poor. Maybe I got a bad one but I believe that since there is no boom/microphone that extends closer to your mouth as the Plantronics brand have, you have a higher probability of distortion in sound quality while using the device to converse with someone. Maybe just stick to this one for listening to music only.

    Bought the Bluetooth earbuds to watch tv late at night so only I can hear the sound. Didn't realize there would be such a delay. The words from the tv didn't match with the sound.

    I was doubtful buying these after reading some of the negative reviews. Such as the screeching noises after getting sweat or water on them. However my Jaybirds were going out and I needed new workout headphones. Bose reportedly fixed the first generation faults that were reported. I used my Jaybird Freedom sprints for nearly 3 years! I would say they were good for the time, since this style was relatively new. I did not re buy them due to sound quality, and the price being the same as the new Bose. Sound quality for Bose ( in this category of headphones) is by far the best I have tried. I have owned Jaybirds, JBL and have tried Beats. All being the same wireless earbuds. Bose takes the cake in this category. My personal ratings Fitment - 9/10 Sound - 10/10 Battery - 9/10 Bass - 10/10 Audio clarity - 10/10 Bose app - 9/10 There are no cons to these headphones, and I am very impressed with Bose. I am not a brand loyal buyer to them, I just need quality workout wireless earbuds. These have been perfect in the gym, running etc.. I am a very happy with this purchase! Get em while you can!

    I like these. Sound and Bluetooth quality are good. They’re awkward in the ear and rather large when compared to similar units.

    I really like Bose products but they really need to work on their Bluetooth connectivity. Bose products are some of the most difficult to get to connect to correct devices etc.

    These ear buds deliver great sound but it let's too much outside noise in while running and that affects the sound quality. Also it's bulky and it keeps falling of my ears.

    I purchased the Soundsport wireless for myself but returned them because I received a pair Samsung wireless earphones for Christmas. Regrettably, the sound wasn't comparable and fit wasn't the same either. I returned them

    First BOSE product I've ever bought. They sounded great, and I was impressed. It didn't take but a few weeks of very light use for problems to occur. They dropped the Bluetooth connection constantly which was very annoying. Then they started making a loud clicking noise and wouldn't produce any sound except that at all. I returned them to Best Buy and the employee said that they had seen a number of these BOSE ear buds returned. I feel bad that I initially told some friends how great I thought this product was. Looking to try another brand.

      We’ve taken every headphone returned to us and analyzed them in our labs to get to the bottom of the issue. We discovered SoundSport wireless doesn't perform like it should under specific conditions related to heavy sweat and moisture. And we now have a solution to make it work just as well in these situations, too.

    Worst headphones I have ever bought

    These are the worst headphones I have ever bought. They literally hurt your ear at the highest volume, can't listen to more than four songs. Worst design, can't give them less than 1 star, I actually lost the charger and thus can not return. I would never recommend these to anyone, These are not worth 10$. The battery they say is 5 hours but I can guarantee it does not last more than 3 hours. Spread the good word and take these unnecessary overpriced worst headphones out of the market.

Please try adjusting the volume with the buttons on the headphones until it is at a comfortable listening level for you. We recommend that you do not listen to high volumes for an extended period. The battery will last up to 5 hours when fully charging when listening to normal volume levels.

    Headphones are a little bulky and therefore not very confortable. Sound is not great, probably above average, but they are not cheap. Battery life is a little mediocre. I wouldn't buy it, if I were you.

    One'd think that a BOSE product like this would never have gotten past the company's "...strict quality control and design..." It is neither. Sound Quality was worst than a cheap set of "in ear buds." In fact, Except its ease of control, NOTHING else about it warranted its over two-hundred dollars price tag. Aside from its extremely poor (tinny) sound, its audio volume control was too limited, esp. in noisy environment. Its buds wouldn't stay in my ear, requiring constant adjustments. All in all, these give BOSE a Black Eye...

    Not terrible, but not my favorite, either. Better sound from my AirPods Pro and my Jabra 75t. Better fit, also. These aren’t bad, but I expected better from Bose.

    My bose headphones are great when you want them on but they will turn on by themselves when they are within a certain range of my phone. So when I go to grab them they are dead since they just randomly turn on.

      Turn the headset off and wait for 30 seconds.
      Plug the headset into a USB power supply via USB cord and wait 5 seconds. (Power supply needs to be plugged into the wall with power on).
      Unplug the USB cord from the headset and wait 1 minute.
      Turn on the headset and test if the headset works properly.

    Just ok , not great!

    I have a ton of things brand Bose, and have never had any problems with any of them, hence i decided to buy this earbuds. Straight to the point, they are very statiquie and connection drops out it seems like every 5 seconds so you end up getting more frustrated and really turn them off and just work out without music. I upgraded the app, firmware, made sure that my Samsung S8 is in my holster (which is by my waist) and still very difficult to get it to let me to listen to my music in PEACE for only hour and a half, just to no avail. Bose you really dropped the ball with the quality of this earbuds.

    Not worth the money. I received a pair as a birthday present, fell apart in less than a year. I brought it back and it was exchanged for another pair. Great customer service, however, the second pair only lasted about 13-14 months. The sound quality was very good, the functions all worked as intended, just very poorly constructed. In a market with great competition I expected a lot more from Bowes.

    I always felt secure with the Bose name, but not this time. I was not happy with sound quality or volume (felt like it was # 5 volume when I had it pushed up all the way on my iPod) on this device at all. I couldn't even get them to stay in my ear. I can't wear earbuds, those definitely don't stay in. Maybe for others they may, but sorry don't like the low volume and quality of sound on this devcie. I had to return them and bought a $30 pair of JLabs wireless headphones and I LOVE it.

    Fitting is sub par if you are trying to use this for active lifestyle, in gym or running. battery says its charged 40% and then in 10 min it will say its out. i am sure there are better products then this in this range.
