I enjoy it from the beginning,after a year I'm not satisfied the sound..it's getting low sound especially the left side of the earphone.

The sound quality is great, but the wire kept getting caught on my clothes and came out.

Bose makes great audio products. I have their 2.1 theater system and the sounds blows my mind. I was excited to purchase these headset for working out and day to day. But it was just too comfortable for me. It felt heavy for earbuds. I feel like my ears are medium size, but my ears would ache after 20 mins of use. And Bose is known for noise cancelling, but the earbuds felt like they didn't have good seal against my ears. I'm glad I tried these, it helped narrow down my options and these are off my list.

i been looking around for a wireless headset that was easy to use an feel riight when i wear them. i wanted it to be bluetxooth able ,volume control , skip able to next song. this headset using siri to control . so if your not using a apple ipad r ipod , iphone then it may work right r fully. plus i have i j 7 and it prepaid phone so i guess thing wont work like it would with iphone r samsung s 7 not really sure.

The sound on these are not the quality of Bose. The sound is thin, and not as complete as expected. My old apple wired headphones sound much better.

Ok earbuds. The "ambient sounds" feature found on other products/brands is lacking. I would expect better from Bose.

Not as good as people say they are especially for a Bose product, i would have to pass on these when looking for my next set

Although the sound quality is up to Bose standards, these are uncomfortable to wear. Returned and went with the new Jaybird Freedoms.

I liked the sound and ease of the head set but they care constantly falling out of my ears. I have the smallest ear plugs in them.

good sound but very slow to charge and lost connection with bluethoth

I had to exchange my first pair of Bose within a couple weeks of purchase due to the left speaker going out. Then a couple of weeks after using the second pair the battery would not hold a charge even when the set was turned off. I'd charge at night, disconnect and then find in the morning the battery went from 100% to 70% while they were off. Normally Bose is my go to company for high quality audio but they have a lot of work to do on these headphones. I ended up exchanging for a wired set of SoundTrue Ultras.

Talked time is short than it says, I have to use earphones for work and is not easy for me to stop because I have to recharge it.

Bought these because of the reviews and did not like them, brought them back to the store and no problem, got a refund right away...

Tried all the attachments and could not get a count of it. Sound was mediocre and muddy compared to other headphones. No EQ options. Overpriced.

Sounds louder outside of the earbuds. Disappointing gift but still works.

Overall okay, but I wish they had a C charger. The sound quality isn't really much different than a pair of $20 headphones.

You want comfortablilty, you want affordability, and want style. 1 out of 3 “wants” just don’t cut the mustard.

Still trying these out. SO far they haven't failed with sweat but not sure if the base or sound quality is up to snuff.

This is the second set, replacing the originals that are falling apart. I don't know what Bose did to re-design them, but the sound is much "thinner" than my originals. I suppose that like most companies they've figured out how to make them cheaper while maximizing profits. Probably use cheaper drivers now. Anyway, your results may vary, but I'm very disappointed in these earbuds.

I bought this item last year, its started out ok except I still needed to adjust the fit a few times every time I run. Also the clip to secure it to your clothes detaches easily from the cable, until I lost it obviously. The last unfortunate incident and fatal flaw is that not even one year since I bought it doesn't charge ... I mean not even one song. A real disappointment from a brand like BOSE .
