    Not super thrilled with these headphones. Lots of ticking when I get sweaty, so sound quality isn't great. Half way through my workout I end up taking them off.

    While charging you can’t use them and you can’t see it on the bose app and sometimes it won’t paired with my phone until i turn off / on bluetooth

    NO Sweat and Weather Resistant AT ALL !!

    These headphones are not sweat-proof at all. The first pair was damaged after a few months, then Bose sent me a replacement which last only for a few weeks, after that they offered me an "upgrade" and I got the Soundsport Pulse, which only last a few days (I used them only 3 times). I called Bose again to request a refund and they said that they don't provide refunds (unless you buy the product directly on their website), so they will send me a 3rd replacement !!. I run almost on a daily basis and I'm 100% sure that the headphones are failing because of the sweat. I'm very disappointed (and dissatisfied) about this product, Bose has a very good reputation and I'm surprised about this big fail !!. Do a quick research on line and you will find that a a lot of people are having tons of issues with the Soundsport headphones. DON'T BUY THEM !!

    I have used this for about an year and it continue to disconnect from my phone, bluetooth is not stable.

    This are good for weightlifting. However they are not good for any cardio, they fall off too easy. Also if you sweat a lot they will slip off.

    I have had these for exactly six months without any problems and then yesterday while using them they started buzzing. I turned off my bluetooth on my phone and they kept buzzing. Could not shut them down, turn them off, turn the volume up or down-nothing! Get home from work today and they are still buzzing. I read some reviews and found this seems to be a common problem with Bose products, may see if I can get a credit toward something else.

    I had to return this item because it tended to fall off my ears because of it's rather large size. The sound was good.

      Power off your product, then wait 30 seconds
      Connect your product to a wall outlet using a USB charger, then wait five seconds
      Disconnect the USB cable from the headset, then wait one minute
      Power on your product.

    I bought these as the first nice set of earbuds that I've ever purchased and while they worked the sound quality was pretty great. However, only a couple of months later they are broken. I go to the gym to go running most mornings and the sweat apparently was too much for these supposedly water resistant earbuds. They cut out mid run and haven't worked since. So now I'm out $125.

    There's many positive spots about the Bose sound sports for one the sound is top notch. I'm a owner of the Bose Q35's and the quality of these sets are pretty comparable in term of midrange audio. One big flaw is these earphones break rather easy once they get sweaty they break rather easy. They just stop working. I'm on my 3rd pair, and easily disappoint with this particular Bose product.

    I pressed to button on headphones nothing happen and i need it tonpress hard and i did not like that. But readt pretty colors looks cool

    Looking back I’m not sure I would have bought these in particular. Compared to other wireless headphones they tend to be quite large.
